Despite the extreme weather conditions, I was delighted to find out I could get an appointment to fix my central AC within two days of calling. The person answering my call on Wednesday was upbeat and professional, and I was pleasantly surprised. The technician called me beforehand on the day of the appointment, arrived on time, and was very friendly and professional. He worked confidently to identify the problem, and I could feel my stress levels reducing. He quickly informed me that he had the replacement part on his truck, and within half an hour, our air conditioning was up and running again. I felt ecstatic! The experience was better than expected, and I am grateful to Santoro Oil and its staff for being life savers.

Jarrett was truly a gem! He came out to perform our annual AC service and explained the current condition. He was thorough and informative. We asked him to estimate how much longer we have before having to replace it, which helped us with budget planning. He offered to have one of the sales reps contact us to talk about getting an estimate for a new unit when we're ready. He was punctual, polite, professional and very knowledgeable. After having a bad experience with my former oil company. Santoro came to my rescue after signing with them Eric the service manager got the ball rolling, the very next day he sent two professional technician who were outstanding, to install a hot water tank an to get everything running well. By the afternoon I had hot water an everything was running the way it should. I highly recommend Santoro oil. I feel very confident that I made the right choice.

Mike was very sociable and knowledgeable. I had been installing an air filter backwards on my furnace and he explained to me the mechanics of how the air should flow. He also waited for me to go over to see him from my lawnmower when he was done to explain the efficiency factor on my burner and how he increased it by a few percentage points. Very helpful and sincere.

We recently had Santoro Oil install a furnace at a family owned residential property. The two gentlemen that performed the installation were the most professional and experienced installers we could have asked for. Michel and Billy were meticulous in their work, and upon completion explained certain burner operations and what we could expect of the new furnace. When they left the area where the new unit was installed was immaculate. I would highly recommend Santoro Oil as they exceeded all our expectations from the first time we made contact with them regarding a new burner.
