We got two quotes for a tankless water heater and this one was $500 less than the other. Scheduling was fast and easy, communication was good, and the workmanship looks great.

Ryan was excellent. He took care of small details that he notice with water heater and furnace. He fully explained everything to me and my son in law. He had been here for a previous job and asked me if everything was ok. I highly recommend him.

Few (if any) contractors I have interacted with have been as professional, responsive and knowledgeable as S. Side Plumbing. I have used S. Side plumbing & Heating for routine cleaning, service jobs, and new installations... They do great work and are ON TIME, communicate well, and provide accurate estimates. A level of professionalism sadly lacking in many contract based industries. Keep up the great work!

Had my furnace go down and called for emergency service on a Saturday morning. Within 15 minutes, Jeff the technician called me back. Told him the issue and he gave me the pricing up front, which is very fair. He was at my place within the hour and had my furnace up and running in less then an hour. Very professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. Will be calling soon to have an estimate on a new furnace.

Use no one else for my plumbing and heating needs. Straight forward with prices and never pushy. Jon was my tech today who replaced my inducer motor on my furnace. As with everyone else I’ve ever had here, he was on time, very nice, and explained what he did and the price.

South Side Plumbing & Heating installed a mini-split in a guest room to make it habitable for visitors this summer. They were fantastic -- on time, clearly new their craft, and the install looks extremely neat. Also, they are just so nice.

Called SSP&H about garage and basement taking on significant water from the rain the other day. They were able to tell us why water was coming in and what was needed to correct the issue. The repair was scheduled the next day with Ryan who was prompt, efficient and friendly.

Recently used South Side Plumbing & Heating to run a camera through my sewage lines. I’ve used them in the past to repair a ruptured water line, install a garbage disposal, and repair/service my air conditioner. Always extremely helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Ryan was professional, courteous, and got right to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our HVAC, fixed it, and added an additional pipe so the problem could be avoided in the future. All around great experience. Highly recommended!!
