They came the same day that I called, were very professional, efficient, and cared a lot about the quality of work, explained things thoroughly... overall it was the best plumbing experience for something I was worried could become a bigger problem - they really set me at ease.

Everything went so well from starting point of a quote to completion of the job to install a new furnace and a/c units. I've always used them for plumbing repairs and this was the first time for their heating/ac services.
The workers showed great professionalism, knowledge of the job, answering my questions, and everything. I highly, highly recommend South Side Plumbing and Heating.

Ryan was very quick to call back and try to troubleshoot remotely, even though it was 10PM on a Saturday! He was able to come the next day and was very great with letting us know when he was on his way and very good at explaining what the issue was and how the fix would work. Highly recommend!

Southside plumbing and heating is top notch. From ownership to their office staff to the awesome techs that came out; they all were very professional, friendly and the customer service was out of this world. Would recommend to anyone with any plumbing or hvac needs.

I've worked with South Side Plumbing twice now, and both experiences were great. From the office staff to the plumbers to the assistants, everyone was polite, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. Jeff and Josh were were extremely careful to not get anything on my carpet or floors when installing my new water heater. My water heater is located in a really tight space which made the job a bit tough for them, but they didn't complain or use profanity while doing the job unlike other companies' employees did while working in my home. At the end of the job, Jeff took the time to explain my new water heater to me as well as answer some questions I had about it's placement and my furnace. South Side Plumbing is a quality company who I would (and have) recommend to friends.

Update 6/25/2020: More great service from South Side Plumbing. This time fixing the drain pipe under my furnace. Called Wednesday afternoon telling them I discovered water coming under my carpet, and it was causing black mold. They had someone there the next morning. It was not something easy to get to, but he managed and resecured the platform he had to cut apart. One thing I discovered this time that I didn't realize last time (or that they didn't have last time) is that they charge a $40 travel fee if you're not in the South Side. That was kind of a bummer, but they do great work so I guess it's worth it.

The guys at Southside Heating & Plumb are great to work with. All the guys that have taken care of repairs are, on time, very professional, honest, and work is always top notch. Mike and his guy today were great. Tim the service manager is great to work with. I will continue to use the professionals from Southside Heating & Plumb.

My sewer drain was clogged and was backfilling and flooding my basement. They unclogged it quickly and cleaned up after. Very professional, will be using them in the future.

Our HVAC has been giving us issues for the past year and we’ve had another company fix it each time. Ryan came by and was able to fix our current issue and gave us advice on how to permanently solve the problem.

I appreciated the friendly and efficient service! The cost of services was also a little less than the previous company we were using.

Bill sent Ryan to check out our boiler and furnace. Corrected intermittent issue, along with "Here's the culprit, but let's not replace it yet. Let's watch and if it acts up again I have all the info we need to do that." Just how I would think. Ryan just didn't spend our money on a chance. Conducted other maintenance. Very personable. Tells you what you want to know. We're signing up for regular service from SouthSide.

Have used south side twice and both times they have been fantastic. One time was for sewer issues and this past time was a leaking pipe. They were responsive and friendly. Fixed the issues quickly. Would def recommend their service
