South Side Plumbing & Heating serviced the boilers and radiators in our building. They were professional and courteous on the phone, called before coming over, and Brian did quality work. And all at a very reasonable price as well! I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to a friend.

I used southside heating and plumbing twice this week (for heating AND plumbing) and was blown away by how easily they solved my problem at a great value. They were kind, prompt, competent, and got the job done. For heating I had a new thermostat installed that required new wiring--and in the end my old house was able to use a brand new smart thermostat. On the plumbing side they achieved what another professional could not and installed drains. I will be using them exclusively for my Southside home from now on!

Ryan came and checked and cleaned our furnace. Very professional - arrived early for our appointment, explained all that he was going to do and gave a detailed report of his findings.

Our water heater broke late in the evening the day before a holiday. We waited until after the holiday to call, and John came out that same day to give us a quote. He was friendly and thorough, and he gave us several options for how best to repair/replace it. The very next day his crew was here and had a new water heater installed by that afternoon. They worked hard, and they were friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend them!

Jeremy was not only professional, he also explained what was wrong with the heater and why he recommended installing a new one, which we agreed to. As such, we will likely remain loyal customers with you guys moving forward.

Mike and Eli were real pros, came for the install right away and were very efficient. Highly recommended!

These two did an amazing job!! They fixed my broken heater pipe and also did repairs on the heating system itself and I am so happy we finally have heat. Words can not describe my gratitude!!! This is the second time we used South Side Plumbing for our needs. Both times the office staff was very helpful and professional. Also, I learned more about plumbing from Bill in a 5 minutes telephone conversation than in my whole life; he is so patient and helpful, pleasant and funny; thank you, Bill! And finally: I do not have enough words to praise Kurt - such a fine young man, knowledgeable, detail oriented, fixed mistakes original builders did not even pay attention to; explained everything and gave us instructions; gave us some valuable advice and ideas when we asked him about some future projects we have in mind; kind and polite in communication; very careful and mindful of our property while doing his work. We highly recommend this company and especially Kurt! We will definitely use them for our future needs.

I called told them the problem. Stated they would be here in 2 hours. I also told them I had an appointment at 230pm was told no problem. Ryan arrived on time told me what was wrong explained price. Handed me the bill and was out the door by 2pm. You can’t ask for better service than that.

Ryan at South Side Plumbing & Heating was our technician who relocated the humidifier on our furnace. Ryan was on-time, got the work done in a couple hours (it was a pretty big job), was very informative with the repairs that were made, and on multiple occasions, asked if I had any questions. Not only would I use SSP&H again if needed, but I would request that Ryan be my technician. Very pleased!
