After receiving feedback from another company, South Side plumbing came to assess the problem and found a solution that saved us from having to do a very large and expensive project. Their entire crew was courteous and diligent with their work. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a great quality service for a reasonable price.

I needed just the bathtub/shower replaced. I worked with Tim and Bill at Southside Plumbing. This job was super difficult and tedious with the narrow doorways and narrow actual dimensions of the unit itself. The demo was clean and fast and the unit is set and is perfect. Huge improvement over the old cast-iron tub. Working with these guys was great. I recommend Southside Plumbing.

Our plumber Rich cheerfully dealt with a difficult removal of the old faucet and got the new one in lickety split. Fast and efficient. Called ahead and was right on time. South Side Plumbing is the best. They never let me down.

Brian D. fixed a faulty pop off valve on my boiler. He was friendly, professional, and wore a mask the whole time. The manager, Bill, I spoke with over the phone was a delight; he was informative and up front about potential fixes and their costs. Quick response to voicemail request, appointment for work scheduled for following week, plumber arrived 5 minutes before scheduled time, removal of kitchen sink and installation of new sink explained thoroughly, accomplished quickly including thorough clean up and removal of old sink.
