South side plumbing and heating did an amazing job at installing my new furnace. They told me Tuesday I needed a new furnace, set me up with space heaters so me and my kids were warm, and had the furnace installed by the time I came home from work. I highly recommend this company.

My furnace went out and I was left with no heat as soon as the cold weather started. I called South Side Plumbing & Heating and they sent a team right out that day. Unfortunately, my heat exchanger was ruined and I needed a new furnace. They were able to remove and install my furnace the next day. This was critical as the temperature was so cold that my pipes would have froze. The quick response was important to me and the whole team was professional, experienced, and very helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services.

The service technician was prompt and courteous. He diagnosed and fixed the issue with our air conditioning very quickly. We would definitely use South Side Plumbing and Heating again!

I had a new water heater installed by Southside Plumbing and Heating Co., Inc., in December 2020. However, May 2021 it stopped working. When I called they were nothing but politeness and came to fix it at no charge to me. The service worker was polite, wore a mask, asked permissions before doing anything, was in and out after replacing a part, in less then 30 minutes! If there was one thing that could have been “wrong” was that I didn’t get a copy of the signed sheet explaining what work was actually done, that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. Other then that service and personnel were excellent!
