South Side Plumbing & Heating has been my go to company for years for all plumbing/heating/cooling needs. They are a very honest and trustworthy company that offers very fast service even for issues that are not considered an emergency. My most recent service call was for water leaking from my furnace due to a AC issue. Ryan was my service person and he was great! Ryan thoroughly looked into my problem and explained all details and what my options were to solve the problem. Ryan also answered many other questions for me about the process of looking into replacing furnace/AC in the next year or two. I highly recommend South Side Plumbing & Heating for all your plumbing/heating/cooling needs!

S.Side Plumbing was professional & kind right from my initial service call. I spoke with a real person who assessed my situation. I did not have to do an initial job consult & schedule separately. The job fees and service costs were given up front. As with today's unpredictable times, I not only needed someone to come ASAP, but needed to be prepared for costs. Rick S. (Hope I got name right) was my plumber. He did an excellent job replacing my toilet and leaking faucet. Of course anything involving water, there is that "what else" can occur. And the what else did occur! The new faucet was leaking from the neck joint (this is my clueless description). Rick replaced the ENTIRE faucet/base/re did all the under sink pipes to accommodate the new one! As it turned out the first install was a manufacturer defect. So, South Side Plumbing did not even take the chance in re installing the same one! I plan on calling them again for any future plumbing. I will also be contacting them soon to do a well check of my furnace. I cannot say enough about how great it was to find a company that treats you like "Joe's corner store" and sends out well-trained employees. I feel confident using them when needed.

Have used South Side Heating and Plumbing times several times for several issues and have been impressed every time. Bill always answers the phone, and is probably the most friendly, informative, effective customer service guy I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. Never had a bad tech experience either - every issue has been fixed with lots of background on what the problem was and how to prevent it in the future if possible. Would highly recommend for all your HVAC and plumbing needs!

Called these folks on a 90 degree day after our residential AC failed. I left a message initially and they called us back super quickly. They got to us that afternoon and repaired on the very same day. Our AC is on the roof with limited access, most HVAC repair companies would rather not service the unit up there, but Brian couldn't wait to figure out a solution.

Prices were fair and we had a great time talking with the guys. Also nice to be able to support a business in our own neighborhood.

South Side Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job installing our new furnace and air conditioner. Their prices were beyond reasonable and their service was fantastic. They were polite, quick and extremely easy to work with. It took less than two days to remove the old systems and put in everything brand-new.

I've used South Side Plumbing for my annual HVAC maintenance for 4 years and every time they've come here has been a positive experience. They're very friendly, courteous, professional and they don't dilly dally or try to sell me on this or that. Bill sets the appointments and is always nice and helpful to talk to. Today, I called for a mechanical issue and they came right out. Ryan was the maintenance crew member who tested my furnace and replaced my thermostat and, like the others, he was nice, on time, and took care of business in a professional and workmanlike manner.

South Side Plumbing & Heating replaced my hot water tank with a new tankless water heater and I could not be happier. Great experience, great price, friendly knowledgeable staff, showed up on time, and completed the job on time. They even cleaned up and took all boxes and trash. I would highly recommend South Side Plumbing & Heating.

Kurt was the plumber that stopped by to fix the leaky faucet. It was an old 3 part delta faucet where we got replacement parts that just didnt fix the issue. Ended up needing some of Kurts magic to address the build up of calcium and other issues that needed removed from the pipes to make the parts work. Appreciate the attention he gave it, since this old faucet has a short term need till future renovation and we werent ready for a full demo yet. Thank you Kurt! Price was appropriate. We called on Wednesday and they were able to schedule us for Friday (they called us wh something opened up on wednesday but no one was home). Would recommend them for plumbing needs! Also, if youre thinking you can do the work yourself, we tried fixing it ourselves and 3 weeks later we called and he fixed it in the hour.

We had a problem with one of our heat zones in the past. I thought this was then same issue, but on a different zone. The part was ordered ahead of time, as to save on trips to our home. Once here, Ryan discovered it was just a problem with a thirty year old thermostat, not the more expensive part that I was anticipating. Ryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very respectful of me and my home. He always wore a mask and shoe covers. I've been very pleased with South Side Plumbing. Since building our home, our original plumber has retired. We've tried several different companies in our area. South Side is the first that actually knows how to repair a hot water system without making several return trips. I would definitely recommend them.

Ryan and Josh came out the same day to install a new hot water tank. The work was completed quickly. Efficiently, and professionally!
They were super friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend them both to handle any of your plumbing needs at your house small and large!
