I have been a customer of BD for 30 or years. Their tech's are the best. Currently my tech was Dustin. A young man with a lot of knowledge. Taking a lot of time to go over the cooling system he also found possible mold in pipes in the furnace. He explained how to get rid of any mold. It was a great buying experience working with Dave for my new furnace. He was thorough and explained the reason behind everything that I needed. The instillation process was smooth and easy. Even though the weather did not cooperate to complete everything in one day, they communicated well and got the rest of the work done as soon as it was safe. Jeff and the installation team were very polite and left the work-space spotless. I will be switching my PM services for my AC over to them after this experience.
