Christmas Day 2022 our furnace quit!! One of the coldest days of this year!! I called numerous Heating and Air companies and left messages with their answering service person. The companies that did return our call wouldn’t come out unless we already had a service agreement with them. Our thermostat was down to 56 degrees. Rhyan with Bolster-Dehart called me back within a 1/2 hour letting me know we were the sixth call on his list. We were so grateful!! Later that day he called to let me know he was on his way. Rhyan was professional, courteous and able to temporarily fix our furnace until a part came in later that week. I was so impressed with the technician as we were one of his many calls on Christmas Day!! The charge for the service was so reasonable we signed on to the service agreement so we won’t get stuck in this situation again. I would recommend Bolster-Dehart above all others because they were there when we needed them which is almost unheard of nowadays!!

After only five years, we needed to replace a defective Rheem furnace. It was a difficult decision to invest in another furnace in such a short period. We researched Bryant and made our decision. Bolster-DeHart was our choice and we are so thankful that we chose them. It was an exceptional experience from Jim Quaye, the Comfort Specialist to Zach and Colby the installers. We highly recommend them and look forward to a continued relationship maintaining our 986T.

First time use of this company. Service tech was knowledgeable , polite and pleasant . He checked out my main heating system and looked at a separate room direct vent heater to see why it was not engaging the burner. He and the company owner over their phones determined that the Thermostat was not functioning. This was not the type of heaters that they normally service but between the both of them they troubleshot the problem and did not charge me for the analysis. I would definitely recommend for HVAC servicing and will use them in the future.

Great experience from start to finish. They came highly recommended by a friend who has used them several times professionally and personally. We got four quotes before deciding which company to use, and theirs was not the least expensive option, but we chose them because it was clear they are dedicated to a high level of service. What pleased me the most is that I was told the installation of our new furnace and AC would take two days and they completed it in one! They were very responsive and friendly, introducing themselves and telling me exactly what to expect throughout the day, then giving me a thorough run down of everything they did once they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bolster-Dehart has professional employees, and you can tell they want their work to be high quality. They advised us on how our heating system should be set up but were very respectful of our needs and wishes. Overall, they are a great company, and I highly recommend them. I work for the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary (RPTS) in Pittsburgh. Bolster-DeHart replaced the five boilers in our building. After seeing what needed to be done, they had a quote for us the next day. Once they began the work, they had the old five boilers out in just a few hours, and all the new boilers were plumbed and operating in a few days. Way faster than I expected! If any church needs heating and cooling done, I highly recommend them.

The owner Chris came out right away on Christmas Eve to help us restore heat for the holiday. Really appreciate him going above and beyond to help us, especially knowing that he and his team were out making calls all night long and into the early morning with this insane cold. Been a dedicated customer of Bolster DeHart for 18 years and have never been disappointed with the prompt professional service. Every technician that has done work on my furnace/a.c. unit has been tops in the service department. Wonderful in emergency heat/a.c. troubles also. Great Company. Strongly recommend them!

Salesman Shawn was amazing to work with. He gave several options to choose from and helped me decide which worked best for me. Appointment for new AC and furnace install was quick. Technicians were prompt, respectful of my house, and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. I couldn’t have asked for more starting at the quote and going through install.

Great experience with the company. Tech was super knowledgeable. He could have easily told me I had all kinds of issues that needed resolved, but he was very honest, informative and didn’t oversell or make up problems! In the end, he actually didn’t have to repair or replace anything, but he had answers to all our concerns that made us comfortable with the HVAC issues we thought we had.
