I have been a Bolster-DeHart customer for 9 years. I have always had excellent service from their technicians. They are always friendly and professional.

Bolster DeHart is who I always use for HVAC work. And their serviceman today - Dave I believe was excellent, friendly, and very capable.

Made this appointment in November. Was given an 8 am Dec 29 appointment for a furnace check. Price quoted was $105.00. Today, Dec 29, no one arrived at 8 am. Called the company at 8:30 only to learn my appointment had never been scheduled, and since I was a new customer and not in their system, they felt no particular concern. They did send a company representative later in the morning, saying sometime between 9 and 12 o’clock. So I waited four hours, my entire morning for someone to arrive. He informed me I had a boiler that was being checked and not a furnace. I have radiator heat, am a widow, husband no longer available to handle this matter, He charged me more for a boiler. I asked for a discount, due their oversight with my appointment. He checked with the company, they said no. He said the best he could do was give me a 5% savings… about $6.00. Very disappointed that company did not compensate me for their error and my wasted time.

It was a first class job from start to finish. Bolster-DeHart responded fast in response to our urgent situation and we had great communication during the entire process. We are thrilled with our new high efficiency boiler and look forward saving money for years to come. Best of all, we have no worries during this winter storm with subzero temperatures and windchills of -20+ right before the holiday! We highly recommend this company.

Highly recommend Bolster-DeHart for your HVAC needs. We had a Mitsubishi Deluxe wall mount unit installed for our four season sunroom. What a fantastic heating and cooling choice we made for this room. Just thrilled with the quality. From the beginning to end, we received excellent service and a very professional group to work with.

Have been using them for years. Always good service. Tech is supposed to call while in his way, but last few times they don’t. It’s a nice to know they are close by.
