I purchased a Lennox furnace/air condition unit September 4, 2019, because I thought it was top of the line. However, improper installation has resulted in a plethora of issues. Christmas Eve of 2022, I had no heat because water ran back into my furnace. Gary’s solution was to use a rubber strap to pull up the pipe in my garage; it worked. My air conditioner runs constantly but the temperature does not drop. It was 79 outside, I put my air-conditioning thermostat on 78. It took three hours to go down 1°. Yesterday, White’s best technician came out and said the unit is running as it should. If you think this is normal, buy from Whites. My neighbors bought an off brand heater/air unit for $3,000 less from another business, they have not had any problems. I’ve given Gary many opportunities to rectify the situation only to have it continue and receive another bill. At this point, I am cutting my losses and reaching out to another business to correct their mistakes. White Heating Inc. is five stars for sales and zero stars for installation and service.

White Heating really came through for us. We went out of town for the Christmas holiday, and when we came back we realized the HVAC wasn't heating the house. I called White Heating the next day, New Year's Eve, and they sent a Technician, Shawn, that same day! He figured out that our blower motor was not working and needed to be replaced. The Service Manager, John, was able to get the replacement parts to their office just after New Year's Day. Their office contacted us on New Year's Eve to schedule the repair appointment. Shawn came back on the first working day of the year to install everything, and he stayed to make sure the system was working properly. We thought it would take 2-3 weeks, but they fixed everything in 3 days even with a holiday weekend. Excellent service, excellent coordination, and excellent communication! Thank you very much!

White Heating is the absolute best service provider in the entire Pittsburgh area. They are consummate professionals and they provide the kind of service that we used to expect 50 years ago when service was important. When you call them they answer the phone and you speak to a friendly, knowledgeable and professional individual. They are also always fair and reasonably priced. We trust them absolutely for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.

Shawn Miller was fast, efficient and kept us appraised of what he was doing. The secretary also informed us of Shawn's projected arrival tone. Shawn is very pleasant, explained the issues and we appreciate his service. We highly recommend White HVAC.

Jennifer called early in the morning, told me that Kevin will be there to diagnose and fix the issue. Kevin was able to diagnose and repair the burnt capacitor. Back to working order. Can’t say anything negative about this visit and experience. I would recommend to family and friends.

We had another company come out prior to White and they did not fix our issue. White Heating came out and fixed our issue in less time than the other company spent analyzing the problem for which they did not fix. We are very appreciative of the services offered by White Heating and will recommend them to friends and family.

I sent them a Text Message and got a Phone Call shortly after and they were here for a Free Home Estimate for a Replacement of a Whole House Air Conditioning Unit.

The Owner himself came Out to Look over the Job. He was very nice & Professional.

They arrived around 8:00 a.m and I believe they were Done installing a New Whole House Air Conditioning Unit a little after 1:00 PM

Would definitely recommend them for anyone Needing Maintenance or Rdplacement of HVAC Unit.

All the technicians they send out are amazing. Frank’s been out a couple times in the last year and he’s incredibly thorough and knowledgeable and a super nice kid. I’m always extremely happy with White, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

I called White Heating about my issue at 8am. They got someone out to me and fixed the problem before 10am the same day. Great communication, great pricing, and very professional.

Wonderful company! We thought our AC unit broke in the middle of a heat wave. The house was 80+ degrees. White Heating was able to get here the same day we called and it was something minor. We truly appreciate their honesty and service!
