They have completed multiple HVAC for me and I highly recommend them. They are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but very professional, honest, and thorough. The level of customer service they provide is refreshing and wish more businesses operated like they do.

Gravener came to inspect our broken AC unit, provided a proposal, and came and replaced the AC unit and furnace. All-around, the company was very professional, prompt, and communicative. I will certainly use them for our HVAC needs going forward and would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Totally unprofessional. I called in early April to request an estimate on a new AC installation. They scheduled a guy to come out to the property 2 weeks later and do an inspection. After that, radio silence... I called three times to ask for the official bid on the job. Each time, the person on the phone gave me the same answer: the technician is out now, but when he comes back, we'll have him contact you. It's been three weeks after the inspection, and I have lost hope that I'll ever get that call.

Our furnace stopped working after the last polar vortex came through over the Christmas weekend. When I call they were very honest about what time they could come, if at all. But later that day a tech did arrive and found the problem, corrected it and then inspected for any other issues. He gave me some very good advice, then off he went to his next job. I can't thank them enough for a timely response and great job.

Our furnace went out late Monday night. We called Tuesday morning and the repair was complete by early Tuesday afternoon. We were given updates on the estimated arrival time of the repairman. When Paul arrived he was kind and professional. The work was completed and he explained everything to me.

2nd time I used Gravener for hvac repairs. They were terrific. They made necessary repairs promptly at very reasonable cost. They do not take advantage of the situation to sell new systems if a repair will do.

Very quick replacement of the AC system. Fair quote, professional work and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them!

We hired Gravener to install a Mitsubishi ducted ac system which was a little different than their normal install. Gary came out and talked over the options and listened to my thoughts and we came up with a plan and his boys made it happen! He also took care to hide all the line sets ducting and wired as not to leave house sloppy. I am very confident he will take care if any issues arise etc. The only knock I could give is the cleanliness during install, house got messier that we could have expected…. Have crew Bring more drops… and wash hands!!! LOL
