Mr. Gravener was very responsive and easy to work with. His proposal beat the competitors and his service was timely. The gentlemen that performed the work were efficient and worked with me to make sure things were performed to my liking. They cleaned up after themselves as well which was appreciated.

I requested an appointment from Gravener Heating & A/C after being referred and I was called the following day to schedule. I spoke with Dave who was friendly and knowledgable. We scheduled an appointment 5 days later to have my boiler serviced, a split AC unit serviced for maintenance, and a window unit looked at.

Jeff arrived on time on the appointment date and was very friendly upon me greeting him at the door. After I walked him through my home and showed him the units, he went straight to work on the boiler. After a short period of time he had diagnosed my problem and explained to me what his recommendations were. He then proceeded to look at the split A/C Unit and window unit. The visit took about an hour and during that time, Jeff was professional, courteous, and offered me suggestions for each service that was provided.

Gravener exceeded my expectations and I'm looking forward to using them for all future heating and cooling needs for my home!

They came out on Christmas Eve and fixed our broken furnace! We are so happy to have heat again. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and extremely helpful. Thanks again Gravener!! Highly recommend!

My aunt and uncle live nearby and had an emergency where they needed to fix their thermostat. We live in St Louis but during COVID, my aunt and uncle have been stuck at home and have needed extra help so we try to do everything we can.

We called Gravener about this emergency and they came by quickly, treated my aunt and uncle extremely well and solved the issue.

Though we can't be there to help with issues like this, we're happy we've found a company we can trust. We plan on using them for years to come to help my aunt and uncle out.

I had a tree fall on my house and it destroyed my air conditioner. Gary Gravener came out and gave me a reasonable quote and his staff was there in two days to replace my unit. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Gravener for any air or heating work you need done. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
