Great Experience! Called office on December 26. Technician came out to check our broken furnace. Gave us the option to replace part or replace our 17 year old furnace - no pressure to replace the furnace. We chose to replace the furnace - the guys came out the next day and installed the new furnace. The guys were courteous and respectful. Great Experience!

I'm on holiday in the Philippines with 18yr old son at home who told me heater quit. Im new to Pittsburgh. These friendly guys got a tech to my home during their busiest time who only needed to replace a part in the thermostat. Would have been easy to upsell me but didn't. I'm now a customer for life!!

We had an excellent experience using Gravener Heating when our furnace stopped working. They were very responsive over the phone, squeezing us into their day that was already scheduled. The two young men that came out were professional and very nice. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for an emergency visit!

Called first thing in the morning and my A/C was fixed by 11:30am. Explained what he was doing to repair the unit and offered information to help with furnace use with changing filters. Tech was friendly. I would recommend their service! 5/5.

I'm in Philippines on holiday and new to Pittsburgh for 2 months. These guys are super busy, but when they understood my son was home alone with no heat, they expedited a tech visit and replaced a part in the thermostat. It was the perfect chance to upsell more expensive repair but proved honesty and integrity in spades!! Now my only worry is what a teenager is doing when dad is 10k miles away!!
