    I did not have services perfomed as you are busy with established clients. I truly understand that and I cannot get an appointment. Again, I understand. I had talked with your call intake specialist on 7/1/2023, and she was the kindest person, and had some suggestions on how to get my A/C unit back up and running (besides her suggestion on calling the people who installed my furnace). This young lady did not even know me, listen to my problem, and tried to troubleshoot for me. Despite not being a client of JA Sauer, it was the best conversation I have had on the phone by a company, without being a client. If I could have JA Sauer as my A/C repair company, I would. That is what I call "above and beyond" service, to take time out to talk to a non-client.

    Installed a 5 ton AC unit at my home. The install was better than the original. J.A. Sauer was highly recommended to me by a friend in the commercial AC industry and the installation exceeded my high expectation.

    This location is awesome, great pricing, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, service, knowledge, a company that will stand behind there work, the install crew was awesome, kind, friendly, prompt, and professional. We had this company install a new HVAC system high efficiency, 16 sear unit, and two infinity wifi controls,, with zoning, new filter system, some duct work, with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. I choose J.A. Sauer because I know that they will still be there when you need them. I recommend this company to everyone.

    I called about a furnace problem in the morning and scheduled a visit for the afternoon. I got a call at almost 3pm to let me know that they were behind and needed to cancel. I managed to get someone else to come take a look, but now it's late afternoon on a Friday and the part I need will probably not be available until Monday.

    I likely won't have heat all weekend and I might have been able to get it fixed without the schedule change. 2 stars because I could actually get in touch with them, which was not the case even with all of the "24/7" HVAC professionals I called.

    Mark and his team are excellent! We have an old HVAC system with outside ductwork that is falling apart. We did not understand what we needed, and Mark was patient with us as he walked us through options. He saved us a lot of money that we may have spent due to our lack of knowledge. 5 stars at least!

    They really lost my trust. Said my water heater was old and needed to be replaced. It was 2 years old and still under warranty. Quoted $500 to replace a part. Another plumber did it for $175.

    New boiler installed 10/4/2022

    Turned on 10/31/2022

    On Sunday, 11/27 our boiler was not heating the house on schedule. JA Sauer sent someone and fixed it. On the next day, Monday 11/28 it was not working. On Tuesday 11/29 they sent someone who said “I have to call in for a part I will be back tomorrow.”
    They did not come back the next day. We were without heat from Monday 11/28 to Wednesday 12/7. Eventually they got the part they needed and fixed it. It worked for 4 days.

    Todays date is Sunday, 12/11 and my boiler is not working. My house is cold. Again.

    I paid JA Sauer $7000 for a NEW boiler on October 4th and I’m realizing that if I had just let the 55 year old boiler remain in place I would be A- Warm. And B- $7000 richer.

    Very unhappy customer.

    I have been extremely satisfied with J. A. Sauer ever since they installed a new HVAC system in 2011. I have had an annual maintenance contract with them and the company has given us good service. When small repairs were needed after 11 years, the serviceman came out promptly and did the requisite work. The firm is highly professional and I will continue using them for our HVAC needs.
