Very satisfied with the work. Ed showed up at our house on time both days. Took the time to explain everything when he was finished. Cleaned up. Very professional.

We have an annual maintenance contract with JA Sauer to service our HVAC. Their service personnel are unfailingly polite, punctual, and professional.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience. Called in July 1st because I had a leaking central AC unit. They said they were busy, but that someone might be able to make it out that day. If not that day, then likely the next day. No one came the day I called, nor did I hear anything on July 2nd. On July 3rd, I called back and a different person told me they wouldn’t be able to help me until the following week. I heard nothing back until July 12th, when I got a voicemail saying they still couldn’t help me and it would likely be another week. Needless to say, on July 3rd I called a different company to address my issues, Top Notch Heating and Cooling. Top Notch came out the same day I called, and took care of my issues. NEVER use JA Sauer!

I called about an AC repair and they were really quick to respond and get me scheduled. The staff and technician were really friendly and easy to work with.

Not to mention, they have reasonable, honest prices.

The representatives for J.A. Sauer have always been prompt, professional, and clearly indicate costs ahead of time for any additional services outside of our normal tune up.

I was very impressed with Matt's customer service for my HVAC bi-annual service call. I have an over-sized furnace that has caused many issues. He answered numerous questions for me and gave great advice. Thanks Matt!

The technician was polite, professional and practiced good safety protocols. He was also a veteran so I am glad to know that JA Sauer, Co. hires vets.

In the two years we've been under contract with Sauer, I have always been pleased with their professionalism, know-how and sincere desire to get the job done right, without excuses and run-arounds.

The guys are always friendly and nice. They work efficiently and always ask if there are any questions or problems. The office folks are also friendly and try to accommodate your needs and schedule an apt as quickly as possible.

We have using the J. A. Sauer, Co for both heating and A/C.for number of years. Their quality of work has been always excellent and reliable.
