2 hrs + to get 53ft trailer unloaded. Blindside back off of street into dock. Nowhere to overnight park. Guy in office of is nice guy though.

Regarding truckload deliveries-we spent 5 1/2 hours here waiting to get unloaded. You need to back in from off the street which wouldn't be a big deal except for the 4" curbs in exactly the wrong places. Be careful-it takes a while to get backed in if you care at all about not damaging your truck or tearing mudflaps off.

Second AC Supply store I called asking to buy a capacitor from. Turned out to be wholesale only as well. However, the guy I spoke to on the phone was helpful and offered a solution to my problem which is why I am leaving 5 stars. This was a lot more than the first place that I spoke to which didn't offer any form of help.

This is a wholesale place only don't go here and expect to buy any parts. The guy at the counter was arrogant and had a attitude the entire time. Nothing stops a Trane except not being able to get parts. Thanks for nothing and learn how to update your online presence it's 2017 you can list wholesale only ! 🖕
