    After talking to Mike and Stephanie at the Home Show, I called Stephanie to schedule repairs on the furnace I’ve been having issues with for two years (they are not the ones that installed it but no one else has been able to fix it). Tim came out to look at it, arrived promptly, was incredibly friendly and professional, and was quickly able to locate two different issues with the furnace that had been looked over in the past by other companies. The furnace has been operating perfectly since. Can’t say enough good things about my interactions with this company, highly recommend.

    J.A. Sauer is phenomenal. So glad we chose them for updating our building's HVAC equipment. From the site survey, planning, installation and check out, I couldn't be happier.     Appointment was for AM and didn't come until late afternoon and not sure the young technician, Jim, did a good check up. Was here a very short time. AC seems to be making a louder noise when running since he was here. Usually have had Very good service in the past.

    Had a new HVAC system install, completed on 03-22-22. Installation Technicians Anthony & Dillon did a solid job. I appreciate the attention to detail and the overall experience dealing with the JA Sauer Co. Kevin came to our house and listened to my problems and shortfalls related to my old unit. I highly recommend JA Sauer Co. for all your HVAC needs.

    You will regret hiring JA Sauer. They did sloppy, unsafe work installing my furnace and then tried to extort money from me rather than fixing it:

    1. They left a huge pile of rubble in my house after making a hole in the wall to run the vent pipe. No clean up, I had to clean up after them.

    2. The guys who ran the thermostat wire did the sloppiest job I've ever seen: it wandered all over the basement, and was screwed into ductwork when making extra holes wasn't necessary.

    3. They left the thermostat wire dangling in the middle of a closet, which is totally unsafe. When I asked them to come fix it, rather than immediately offering to fix it (the right thing to do), they told me I owed them $300 (even though I had already paid their invoice of $3,800 in full for the agreed on work) and they would only come fix it after I paid them more than we had agreed on.

    This company is sloppy, unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.

    Exceptional customer service. We had top of the line equipment recommended and installed and JA Sauer was the best price by far, and the comfort in our home is unsurpassed now. Subsequently their maintenance and service has a few snafus and frankly some bad luck, but they are steadfastly committed to customer service and made things right. We shopped around, you won't do better in terms of the larger, reputable local companies.

    We have a great relationship with JA Sauer for several years. First starting with our air condition needs and then turning all our heating and air systems under their management. Our service is excellent and our systems run beautiful. We rarely have an emergency call. When it is time for new systems they are our first choice because of of their reputation.     Let me first say that the work provided was done as expected and the equipment is working well. After our furnace stopped working in January the repairman came in a timely manner and diagnosed the problem. The troubleshooting was well done and it was determined that our thermostat was not communicating with the furnace. We were given a temporary thermostat to make sure that was indeed the problem. A representative from JA Sauer called us after a set amount of time and it was determined we needed a new thermostat. We set up the appointment ( during covid19) to have the work completed.
    I felt the price (over $800) was high but agreed to purchase the product that was recommended. The repair person that came to do the work was not wearing a mask. He said he was not provided one by the company. This was disconcerting to me.

    Bill T. serviced our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and had it working in no time. Came promptly after calling on a Saturday morning. J A Sauers hires terrific employees that really care about the people they service and a job well done.
