I had a very good experience with both the plumbing-side and the HVAC-side of their services. Both professionals were very knowledgable and very good about explaining what they were doing and why. Prices didn't seem unreasonable, however I know very little about these types of fees. I was very happy with the service and plan to use their services again in the future if needed.
Very professional sales and service staff. They were attentive to our needs during installation and consistently asked we had any questions or needed status updates. Sales staff was not pushy and very easy to work with. The install was done quickly with a lot of attention paid to the cleanliness of our home. 10/10 would recommend for any future AC needs!
Had them do a water heater replacement. Gave a quote over the phone and came out to do the work. Told me it would be almost $300 more as I had a return line to master bath. I paid. When done the water took 2-3 minutes to get hot in the master (used to take 30 seconds or less). I called to ask why I had to pay more if it would not work the way it used to. Was told that is just how it was. I had to call back and talk to an owner. The owner was understanding and made it right. Sent the team back out to re-do the return line and now the water gets hot in the same amount of time as before. 4 starts for making it right, but took off a star as was not done right first time, I was told there were no guarantees, and had to escalate.
I’ve had both a furnace and Air Conditioning unit installed. They were on time and professional. I especially like that they come back within 2 weeks to check the installation, making sure everything is working as it should. Thank you for the great service.
The customer service reps that I have spoken with to schedule service have always been very helpful and patient. The technicians who have come to do maintenance on my HVAC system were timely, professional, and courteous. I will continue to use A-Comfort for future maintenance of my HVAC system.

We selected A-Comfort Service, hoping that their familiarity with the system would ultimately increase our cost/benefit chances. The tech was knowledgeable and seemed to be familiar with our type of system. The cost to fix some issues and put us on a PM plan was somewhat reasonable... just over $2,000. I replaced the filters for the air handlers myself.
When the parts they ordered for the repairs arrived, they called to schedule the repairs. They arrived and began the work. That is when the only issue I have with A-Comfort Services happened. I asked the older tech to move the van, as it was blocking my van from leaving. He send the younger tech to move the van and he backed the van into the yard. He then attempted to get out of the grass and only made it worse, burying the van even farther down the slope. They then told me that their "boss" was coming to "help them get it out".
I wasn't here for the alleged rescue, but nobody approached my wife (who was home) to apologize for rutting the yard, killing grass, exposing long tracks of mud or to offer to make amends for the damage. If they would have attempted to make it right, I wouldn't have been so disappointed. How does someone become a "boss" and not have the professional mindset to "own" the mistake and make it right in your customers' eyes?
UPDATE: The owner called me, came out to my home and surveyed the damage to the yard. They arranged for his guys to come out, spread topsoil, grass seed and then hay over the damaged area. I upgraded my review to four stars.
A-Comfort responded quickly to a request for an estimate and almost immediately for a necessary furnace/AC installation.
Tim, Evan and Andrew installed a new Trane high-efficiency furnace/AC unit including all venting, copper, connecting duct work and even a new concrete pad for the AC... IN ONE DAY. (No doubt they did much more than I've mentioned- but these things were blatantly obvious ;-)
They were respectful of our home, and my children, and left the areas with which they worked cleaner than when they arrived.
Tim took time to program my new thermostat for the multiple convenience/money saving options it provides and directed me to the app store to ensure I could access all functions from my phone.
They even went above and beyond to install a stop valve inside my home for the outdoor faucet to ensure the leak ceased until the faucet could be replaced. Simply because they saw the need.
Upon leaving, they also handed me their business card which offers 24 hour emergency assistance, including holidays. I'm so grateful for a company that stands by their products/customers and ensures service regardless of date/time. This company, start to finish, is truly top notch.
No other HVAC service vehicle will ever be parked in front of my home.
This Company is the best in the business. They're reliable, so reliable that they honor their 24/7 service. They're always doing very put together and the best work in the area when it comes to comfortability. A definite recommendation if you want the job done correctly.

You're an AC contractor. Make air conditioning great again. But flying defaced flags is really not what a community wants in its climate control storefronts.
