I had a premature water heater failure, which was under warranty for parts. A-Comfort responded promptly and same day installed a new tank. I was shocked at the total of more than $1100 for labor. Granted, there wee 2 guys here for 4 hrs., but I did not expect it to be so expensive. They did a very nice job and I am appreciative of their responsiveness.

A-Comfort has been performing an annual inspection of our boiler and hot water heating system to ensure its safety and reliability for over ten years. When we needed a new water heater we didn't think twice about who we'd call. They conveniently scheduled the installation on the same day as the inspection. As ever, the customer service team and the technicians were accommodating, courteous and professional.

This is my go to company for plumbing and HVAC system. I have used them twice in my home and referred them to multiple clients and the work done was impeccable. Dave was very knowledgeable, offered advice, various options and has done an outstanding job. Always on time, always courteous and respectful of the home. Nancy always picks up the phone, offer appointments on short notice, offers solutions. TOP NOTCH BUSINESS!

We recently renovated an old home on Perry Highway. We were under a tight timeline as well as budget. A-Comfort and specifically Mark and Frank were responsive, professional, and provided us with what we needed and within our budget. Mike and the installation crew were hardworking, did quality workmanship and kept to the project timeline. Outstanding customer service! Jared from A-Comfort Service was just here at my home doing maintenance on our furnace that I had paid another company to do 4 weeks ago. Jared was very professional and took the time to explain to me why were still having the problems that the other company supposedly had already taken care of. He took care of out problem and was very polite and cleaned up after himself. The office was also very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Jared and A-Comfort Service for any heating issues that may arise.

We contacted A-Comfort on a Monday morning after a power surge damaged our Trane Heat Pump Unit over the weekend. After an awful experience with a different local Trane servicer last year (Schulteis Bros), our experience with A-Comfort was positive, refreshing and the overall service you hope for in a time of need. All of the office staff were kind and helpful with working around our two very difficult work schedules to get a diagnostic technician out. The necessary parts were received from out of state on Friday afternoon and a tech came at 4:30 pm on a Friday to ensure that we didn't have to wait another day without heat in December. Both Rich and Jared were pleasant, knowledgeable, and organized. Pleased from start to finish with their customer service and performance. We will be using A-Comfort for any future hvac needs.

My furnace was not working properly; and I was scheduled for a preventative maintenance check by the owner in a couple of weeks. Jared came out on Thanksgiving. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the furnace issue. Even though he had a full schedule, A-Comfort Service was able to correct the issue the next day; and he and Nancy at the office were able to fit in the maintenance check as well. I highly recommend them; you will be impressed!

We had ductless mini split air and heating units put in our home. The job was done efficiently, and customer service was great. When we had trouble with some of the units thawing on very cold days, Jared was quick to diagnose the problem and fixed the issue. He also went above and beyond by checking on our boiler system that was making some noise, drained air out of the pipes, and was able to determine that we needed a new pump. We would highly recommend A-Comfort Service !

Our AC died in the middle of summer. After calling around to a few places and asking friends for referrals, we chose A-Comfort Service. The tech was friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve since come out for HVAC maintenance and were also able to diagnose the problem with our HeatnGlo fireplace and fix it for us on a separate service call. We’ve been pleased with the service and value received and highly recommend.

We had an air conditioning crisis and my regular HVAC people could not schedule me for the same day even thought it was only 8:00 AM when I called. A-Comfort had a Tech available but did tell me it would be late in the day. The Tech arrived around 4:00 and was very knowledgeable about the system. He explained the problem in language I could understand and fixed the problem quickly. I felt I got pretty good value for my money and the A/C is working well.
