A Comfort Service has provided all of our heating and air conditioning service for many years. They’re very reliable and they always get the job done.

The service tech was Very professional and friendly. He was also very educational about our AC unit.

They installed our AC ABOUT 10 years ago and we have used them 2x per year since to service the unit before winter and summer. Their employees are always friendly, professional and on time. The office staff is a joy to work with for the very same reasons. Our HVAC has performed perfectly with no issues in those 10 years and we would not consider another company going forward.

I had a great experience getting my AC unit repaired. Worth noting; based on a less-than-great experience with a completely different service provider in the past, I did a fair amount of "research" ahead of this recent appointment. So I was fairly certain I knew what wasn't wrong with my AC this time, and had a reasonable expectation of what may have been wrong. Could have been blind luck on my part, but the diagnosis ended up being what I thought it was. Point being, at no point during this service call did I feel like I was being scammed, pressured or otherwise led astray. The gentleman who came out was courteous, thorough and straight to the point, which I greatly appreciate. I will continue to call A-Comfort for all HVAC service needs going forward.

Tech’s were great and professional. Their work was extremely neat and precise. They were true pros.

A-Comfort always does a great job for us. Our furnace was old and needed expensive repairs, so we replaced it. It only took two days until they ordered the new unit and had it installed. (The actual install took a full day.) Both technicians were very professional, tidy and efficient. We’ve been using A-Comfort for years and highly recommend them.

Selected A-Comfort after pricing multiple vendors for new heating & ac in 2019... I've been happy with the decision ever since. I have the yearly service visits on the both systems to keep everything running at ultimate performance. Paul H, has been my technician twice, he's amazing! Great personality, professional, and takes time to explain what he's done and checks to make sure I don't have any follow up questions!! The scheduling team is amazing also, they work with my schedule and are great at keeping me in the know when to expect their techs.

Service technician was very efficient.& knowledgeable. Even told me he would change filter if I had one. & he apologized that he did not have the correct size on truck.

My AC stopped cooling and my townhouse was 80 degrees on a hot September day. In a previous home, I had used a competitor but my trust wasn’t always there with them. I did a search on Nextdoor Aleppo and found the most positive reviews were recommending A Comfort Service, so I took my chances and gave them a call. I am so glad I did and can see why all the positive reviews! The technician, Andy, was extremely professional, explained everything, fixed my problem and I was very pleased with the cost. I felt very comfortable with him and would recommend Andy and A Comfort Service for any HVAC needs. Very pleased ‘cool’ customer here!

Our hot water heater finally gave out early last Saturday morning. Our first call was to A-Comfort as they provide great service in maintaining our furnace and AC. We were not sure what to expect on a weekend but the service could not have been better or more professional, starting with Jan on the phone and Dave (the plumber) showing up in less that an hour after our call. Dave was very neat, courteous and clearly knew what he was doing. The price was very competitive. Kudos to Jan and Dave.
