Buyer beware. This company charges outrageous prices. I got completely ripped off for my repair. I was charged in excess of $750 to replace two small parts in my furnace. The tech had one part with him & was able to replace it on the spot. He had to go get the other part and at that time told me what the total cost of the repairs would be, over $750. I had been out of heat for almost a week so I told him to go and get the part. While he was gone I started researching the parts online, finding that the total for both was under $200. Further I contacted other companies to get a price to install these parts for my furnace. Unfortunately, I did not get the other quotes before the A Comfort Service tech came back. It took him all of 45 minutes to install the part and maybe another 15 to adjust and tweak the gas. For that, I paid over $750. After the tech had gone, I received my other quotes & found I could have had all the work done, parts included, for almost $300 less than what I paid. If only the other quotes came in sooner, I would have told the A Comfort Service tech to take a hike. Be sure to price shop before giving this company your business. I'll never use them again.

Our air conditioning stopped working on Father's Day. I placed a call and the answering service responded by forwarding our situation. Todd, a technician, called within minutes and told me it was no problem for him to look at the unit. From the time I placed my call and the issue was resolved, was approximately one hour. Excellent service as always.

Started out as a furnace and AC yearly tuneup. This tech crew showed up as scheduled and did a great job on the furnace tuneup. They explained, in technical details, everything they were going to do as I watched. They then moved onto the AC. The AC unit has major problems. They again explained in great detail the issues. Rather than me waste money on a 25+ unit, they suggested I consider a new unit. NO PRESSURE SALES AT ALL.

Paul came out the next day and explained the AC market to me. Again no pressure salesmanship. Made a detailed recommendation that I considered. Closed the deal the next day and the price was very competitive. He scheduled the installation 2 days later.

The AC crew arrived on scheduled and explained everything they were going to do. A few hours later it was done and operating. No sagging lines, tight joints, and level panels. They left the service area (inside and out) in a very clean state.

One week later the followup tech had his inspection. He did not have much to do since the AC crew did a great job.

    Highly recommend A-Comfort.

Because of your bad service, I didn’t have AC for almost a month. Inside my house temperature always stayed around 85 degrees. I had to go buy a small window AC from Wal-Mart so that at-least my 21 months old daughter can sleep easily.

About a month ago I asked for service and before anything was started I had a bad customer service experience over the phone. Any way a technician came up to the house to do the service. We knew our system was low on Freon gas. He cleaned the outdoor system and added Freon gas. Then he said that there was leak sealant used to stop the leak by other contractor. After he did his job AC ran for few hrs and we thought AC was working. Next morning, I noticed house was warm and I heard that outdoor fan was going on and off within 10 sec. I called the customer service and call was transferred to the same technician. He said it is caused by the sealant used and the compressor was not working causing the system to act like that. I have already paid about 400 dollars to get the Freon added and now he said it would cost around 1000 dollars or more to fix the system.
I told him I cannot afford that right now and I had bought home warranty like 2 days ago and told him I will just wait until the coverage starts.
Finally, I got my home warranty effective and they sent me technicians from different company. He said system was fine it was that there was way too much Freon gas added to the system causing pressure to build up every time it runs and makes the system to shut down. He removed more than a pound of Freon from the system which A comfort service technician added without knowing how much was required and said the system is acting like that because of sealant that was used to fix the leak. Now system work as normal and house is cool.

    Very impressed with the company.
Our furnace had died, and from diagnosis to sales, to installation the company was very responsive and very competitive from a pricing standpoint. I explained what I wanted, and they quoted me without trying to up sell. I would definitely recommend them if you are in the market to replace furnace/air unit.

From the start to the finish everyone at A-Comfort were incredible. From the diagnosis of a bad heat exchanger to new install of a 2 stage Rheem furnace, and Rheem air conditioner. I would definitely not hesitate if I were in the market to call A-Comfort for all of your heating and cooling needs!!! Thank you crew from A-Comfort!!!!

A-Comfort installed my Trane furnace/ac twelve years ago and did a great job. I schedule yearly maintenance with them to ensure optimal performance and I always request Jack D. He is friendly, professional and thorough.

I bought a brand new AC and furnace a while back from a comfort service. At the time when the company installed the furnace, the sales guy M told me he will offer me a free filter and one free tune up after the installation. But when I called them recently for the free tune up, the owner and sales guy told me that they did not said that before. They are very unhonorable business – please avoid with all cost. There is also a funny story about the sales guy. One morning he visited my house. (I forgot why?) He just opened my front door without knocking. I forgot to lock the front door the night before and my alarm system made a really loud noise and woke us up. Who on the earth do that? I had to buy a new smart lock because of the incident so that I can get notification every time the door is unlock for too long. When I tried to talk to them to figure out solution. The owner encouraged me to leave a negative feedback on internet. I normally don’t leave reviews, especially bad reviews, but if this is suggested by the owner, I should honor his ask even though he doesn’t honor his promise to me.

Caleb came to look at my plumbing system, which consists of copper tubing about 60 years old. We have had some pinholes that needed repair and are considering replacing all the tubing. He was very thorough in his analysis and answered our questions completely, and said he would provide an estimate for the work in a couple of days. There was no charge for the visit.
