A Comfort has been servicing my home hvsc for years. Unfortunately I needed a new furnace and air conditioner, but they gave me options and installed both the next day. Professional, efficient, and wonderful service in every way!

I requested and received a tune up on my boiler. The tech came at 4:45 near the end of the 1-5pm window. He was tired and things weren't going smooth. He ripped the gasket on a part that I didn't think needed taken apart for a tune up. Then he checked the pressure switch which was leaking and when he put it back together it wouldn't work. So he was about to leave me without heat on a cold night the week before Christmas. If I wouldn't have pushed him to get me a work around i would have been without heat and hot water on Christmas. I had to manually bypass and open the switch every time the boiler needed to kick on.

If that was the end I would have given a 1 star rating but thankfully A-Comfort sent out a manager who fixed the gasket and replaced the pressure switch at no extra charge. So in the end I paid for a tune up but didn't really get tuned up but they covered the gasket that the tech ripped and the pressure switch the week after Christmas.

The crew at A Comfort is always on top of their customers, with a courtesy call to let you know your furnace or A/C needs a service check. The Technician’s Tom& Paul are very knowledgeable. This Company is outstanding for customer service and the promptness of getting to your home. Thank you A Comfort service. 😊

I bought a fixer-upper with an indoor pool and spent over a year trying to find a company that would work with me to find a solution to maintain the air quality and comfort in the room while not destroying my budget. Almost every company defaulted to an extremely expensive industry standard (Desert-Aire). Jared and the team at A-Comfort worked very closely with me to find a furnace and dehumidifying system that would overcome obstacles inherent to an indoor pool but still keep the room comfortable and structurally safe and meet my budget. I'd strongly recommend A-Comfort to anyone; everyone from the owner to Jared and the team that installed the systems were extremely polite, communicated everything and were always on time. Pricing was fair and up front. Thanks for all of your help guys!

Service technicians are always polite and friendly. They had the air conditioner up and running quickly although it will take it a long time to cope with the hot house. We get both a spring tuneup and fall service check so when something goes wrong we are prioritized and they are familiar with where we live. Friendly personnel on the phone too. Easy to setup appointments.

My air conditioner stopped cooling. I called the company that installed the unit, and they seemed to be untrustworthy and eager to sell me a new furnace and AC. I called A comfort Service, and they told me what was wrong and explained my options. Everything was done professionally, and they took great care not to get my house dirty. I will use them for all my heating and AC issues. 5 stars from me. Plus, the workers were so polite.

I just wanted to let everyone know of my great experience with Jared from A-Comfort. We had two appointments for two houses and he was right on time. He was also very knowledgeable and very helpful. Keep up the good work, you can tell that A-Comforts employees are valued by them.
