While the service was fast and the work done well, they lost my payment. I paid by check. It was never presented to my bank. When I received an overdue bill 2 months later and called in to see why, the technician who came out was the service manager and he actually said that he didn't remember I had written a check or made payment. Two months later they are going to look for the check. Doesn't speak for professionalism

The technician responded to fix a constant high pitch vibration noise I thought was coming from the air handler in the crawl space. It wasn’t coming from there at all. He figured out it was coming from the vent on a cold air return. He used some 2 sided tape and a longer screw to anchor it and the sound disappeared! I don’t know if this was strictly in his wheelhouse but I’m loving the quiet!
