Bolster-DeHart recently replaced my ancient 1950’s gas furnace when she finally went to furnace heaven. The entire experience was top-notch:

Scheduling: Crystal had an appointment for me in under 24 hours, and could’ve been same day if my schedule allowed. She confirmed via email with the bio of who would be visiting my house for the appointment which was a nice touch.

Consultation/Estimate: Victor K did a thorough assessment of my needs, answered all of my questions, asked plenty of his own, and happily tolerated my overly-friendly and manner-less dog. He was very good about explaining the rationale behind his recommendations. As the installation was being wrapped up Victor stopped by to check in and deliver the final invoice. Since it turned out not all of the work included in the estimate needed done, he revised the bill downward accordingly. Bonus points for B-DH’s integrity.

Installation: Kris B and the crew did a fantastic job. Getting the old furnace out of there (piece by piece) was no picnic, and due to the age pretty much the whole works needed an overhaul. The final installation is very clean and well done.
They were all professional and friendly, and worked HARD the entire time they were there. They also did such a thorough job of cleaning up, they left the basement in better shape than they found it (which I tried to tell them not to worry about).
Kris gave me a full tutorial on all the bells and whistles of my new system before he was on his way.

Pricing/Value: I was not in a position to comparison shop, but for what was involved and the finished product, I feel I was charged fairly. They were done with the 1.5 day installation before anyone else I called could even come to give me an estimate.

I will not hesitate to use Bolster-DeHart in the future and highly recommend them.

The guys were great! They showed up on time and were very polite and efficient. They had to run and get a part but were back quickly. They solved the problem, introduced me to some home efficiency products they offer and signed us to a maintenance agreement that will be money in the long run. I highly recommend these guys!

As always B-D has been great for us the, fortunately, few times that we've needed them. They purchased our long-time, former HVAC company, so we were skeptical about them having the same quality. We are glad to admit that we were wrong. The office staff, Shawn and the supervisor were great from the estimate to the install. This is the 2nd house that we've used them and would highly recommend them.

Nick was the man who came and did the changing of the filters and the humidifier. He was prompt, courteous and informative. My wife and I give 5 stars.

We are totally satisfied with the service from Ed Brennan and his crew. Our attic was damaged by squirrels so we decided to have the old insulation removed and the whole attic sealed and reinsulated. The guys were prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. The work performed matched the estimate without question. It was a big project that went quite smoothly! And they cleaned up after it was done! I would most definitely recommend Bolster-DeHart!! Thank you Ed and crew!!

Awful. Someone came to our house to check our air conditioner. They were here for 7 minutes (literally) and immediately said we needed a new air conditioner or to pay a disgusting amount of money to pump "their" refrigerant into the unit. This was going to cost us thousands of dollars. He also told us our unit held 8 pounds. We found out it held 4.5. When he was here, there was no way he was here long enough to check everything that could've been wrong/needed fixed. He charged 94 dollars for under 10 minutes of telling us nothing. We had someone else from a different company come in and look at the unit. They were able to test everything that needed tested and fix the one part that needed fixing without replacing the whole unit, which was something that Bolster-DeHart didn't do. Seemed very sketchy and just out to make money.
