Had my appointment scheduled a month out because that's all that was available. Appointment was at 3pm. The technician calls at 2:03pm to say he is on his way. Technician shows up at 2:55pm knocks on door and supposedly rings door bell which my wife and I don't hear. I go up to see where he is exactly at 3pm and nobody is there. I never received any further follow up call from technician to say he was outside. He clearly sees both our cars in driveway to show we are there. I waited then called them company to find out he left after 2 minutes of waiting before our scheduled 3pm time. The lady on phone said sorry we have to schedule you a month out again... Never again with this place.

Personnel was very professional. He completed the inspection and maintenance in a timely manner.

We live in a Cape Cod style home and the upstairs is brutally hot in the summer and freezing cold in the winter. We've been using space heaters and window AC units since we bought the place over four years ago. Needless to say, our electric bills have always been through the roof (pun intended). We decided to look into insulation and wall units, and Bolster-DeHart was very professional, knowledgable and reasonably priced. It was a big job, but the crew got here on time every morning, worked a full day and completed it within the predicted timeframe they originally gave me. The whole project came in under budget, which is always great. We noticed a big difference in the temperature of our house right away. They also installed ductless HVAC units on the walls, and they've been great so far. Very quiet, and quickly cool or heat the room as needed. 10/10 recommend this company.

Every member of their team is professional and highly-knowledgeable in their field. Shawn, who came out for the initial estimate, took extra time to explain things to us and make us feel comfortable with what was a major expenditure. After the initial visit, we had an install manager come out to size up the job. When the installers came, they already had everything cut just right and ready to go. Installers were respectful of our home and had a brand-new AC unit and thermostat installed in under 3 hours. That is a professional job. A+++

Had to get a new heating/air conditioning unit on my 3rd floor. Not that price is the only thing that matters, but Bolster-DeHart was far more competitive than two other firms that gave us quotes and right in-line with another. I was extremely happy with the work they did. They ensured the rooms remained clean, were very courteous and did a great job. 4 months after the installation we needed a minor adjustment to the unit. I called and they came and fixed it at no charge. great firm, would definitely recommend.
