Had my bi-annual inspection done by Dustin. He was professional, explained everything he was doing, pointed out an issue and got it on the schedule to replace under warranty. The maintenance is worth the price…I will ask for him everytime!

I called because I had a pipe leak above my furnace and I was worried about the wood holding up the front of my furnace (my basement floor is uneven, the previous owner’s solve, not my own) and it rotting/being moldy from getting wet. They came out to take a look at it (free of charge) and then decided the best course of action would be to do an entire HVAC annual maintenance to make sure they’re was no mold/mildew and also replace the wood underneath with a plastic product they use so if it were to get wet again it couldn’t be penetrated and I wouldn’t have to worry about cleanup or mold. I scheduled the maintenance for the next week. Then about 10 min later the office called and said they had a tech who was free to do the work then and they would like to get it taken care of for me now if I was available. It was so nice to be able to have it done all in the same day. Also the tech who came to do the work was professional, wore booties to cover his work boots in the carpeted areas of my house (needed to access the thermostat) and was so efficient and respectful. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this company from now on for all of my HVAC and Air Conditioning needs.

My AC was leaking and had caused the duct work to separate from the unit after it filled with water. Bolster-DeHart had a technician here that day. Anthony did a fantastic job of repairing the problem. He was even willing to let my 2-year old grandson supervise!

They were also one of the most reasonable quotes that I received. When it came time to install the equipment, they were very professional and did an excellent job.
