Called to schedule some preventative maintenance. The dispatcher said I was guaranteed service on the day of my appointment if I took the 8am start time. They turned around and said they weren't sending a tech out and forced me to reschedule. A tech comes out for the hvac system and is great. He spoke with me about what I wanted with my plumbing and said a plumber would be able to help better with what I wantand it would be cheaper if he called the office and got a guy sent out. Great he does me the solid and they get a guy out two hours later great no issues here.the plumber gets here and is fine but tell me this is a redispatch not a inspection call so the whole job goes from 99 dollars to 99 plus the cost of the parascoping so the cost is now 187. Has me sign and does the work. Sends everything electronically and after a few hours the paperwork comes in and they hit me for 99 plus 487. Huge difference and is totally unprofessional between the dispatch and hour w techs present everything. Call someone else and don't give these guys your money.

Ralph was very courteous and professional. He worked diligently and efficiently. This is the second time he has been to my house for HVAC maintenance and both experiences were very good.

I’m new owner of my home and there is a new system installed less than 2 years old. The unit stopped working properly and the first technician only found an intermittent problem. After some conversation with staff and then the unit completely shutting down Edwin Stipe honored the parts warranty and I covered the labor for replacement of control board and fan. The office staff Nicole and Danelle were always pleasant to speak with and understood my concerns. The technician Sebastian who came out the 2nd time and the 3rd time to complete the replacement( had to wait for parts) was extremely knowledgeable, respectful and professional. I’d highly recommend this company and I’m sure to use their services again whether for repair or maintenance. Thank you all for outstanding service.

Service tech was pleasant and knowledgeable, however over $300 per lb of r22 refrigerant is overly excessive. Had another company charge the system for $100 per pound

I initially worked with Kurt to make a plan on ductless install work I needed. He was great to work with! After we had a game plan Doug and Dave came out to install the unit. They took their time to explain everything, their job was clean, and they went above and beyond! I needed a piece for my unit to to be able to turn it on remotely, which we were able to get some time after the initial install. Nader came out, installed the attachment, took the time to make sure it was working properly, and ultimately when above and beyond too! Overall they were open to questions at every step of the way and especially in the planning process which was a huge help!!

After being burned by another plumber not showing up to install a tankless water heater, I turned to Edwin Stipe. The estimator Jose was timely with the appointment and providing the estimate, along with some follow up questions I had. The installer Brian was not only an obvious expert in his craft, he was a pleasure to deal with. Nothing but professionalism throughout the process. Price was also reasonable. I highly recommend using Edwin Stipe.
