A friend of mine recommended Derek from Coolez when I mentioned to her that I was having issues with the furnace in my commercial building. She had used his service in the past and was extremely satisfied, so I decided to call. He answered my call on a Sunday afternoon and was there on Monday to evaluate the situation. After doing some trouble shooting we decided it would be best and most cost effective to just replace the unit since it was over 20 years old. His partner Matt and an assistant came out the very next day and replaced the old furnace. I was extremely happy with the work that was done and the timeliness of the whole transaction. They were there when they said they would be and the job was completed right, and on time. If you're thinking about getting any work done, do not hesitate to hire these guys. I know I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Derek installed a Heil furnace in one of my rental homes on College Hill. Easy to work with, good pricing and quality installation. He also does furnace tune ups in my other rentals. I highly recommend using them.

Derek & the Coolez Team provided exceptional customer service, and exceeded my expectations. They were able to fit me into their tight schedule as my furnace was not safe to operate heading into freezing temperatures. Installed a new furnace, fixed ducts leaking, installed an inspection port, installed air dampener, vacuumed out soot/chimney and went above all of my expectations. Completely professional, huge wealth of technical knowledge, and wouldn't consider using another company after my great experience. Used the most advanced calibration meter available to ensure I was getting the most efficient combustion and minimization of Carbon Monoxide generation. Would rate 6 stars if that was possible and am grateful to their team and business for every aspect of my experience.
