Gabriel arrived as scheduled. He immediately put on booties over his boots (thank you, Gabriel!), he did a thorough job, he answered our questions, and he exceeded our expectations by taking apart our air conditioning unit so that he could clean it properly. WOW!! Deiter Bros. has been a terrific company to use for both our maintenance and our oil supplier.

Our service tech was on time, professional, and knowledgeable about our system and issue! We eneded up just needing a capacitor replaced, he had the part with him and was able to complete the job on his first visit out. Would recommend Dieter Bros to others and would call them back out if we have other HVAC issues

HVAC technician, Jesse Erb, did a great job today providing maintence to the AC units in my house. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Looking forward to his next visit in the fall for maintence on my furnace and attic heat pump!

Joe and Dan from Deiter Brothers, arrived on time. Greeted us professionally. They were considerate and placed tarps on the floors they had to use to remove the old oil tank. Went right to work and neatly and efficiently removed the tank. Following the work, they cleaned up, verified with us that we were satisfied before presenting the work order for signature.

The entire process from quoting, scheduling, reconfirming the appointment, and the appointment itself were polite, courteous, and professional.

My family have been customers since we moved in in 1957. We always have had good customer service and good communication with Deiter Bros. Gabrielle Dietrich was my heating and AC maintenance person today. I give him five stars. He always gives excellent customer service and I am always happy when I see that he is the maintenance person coming to check my heating and AC systems. I just had Miguel come today replace a fan from my furnace that was broken. He was very friendly and outgoing and told me exactly what he was going to do. He's very good with customer service and he also does a very good job.

Vinny did a great job. I really appreciate the time he took to diagnose the problem on my heat pump. He’s very professional and friendly and my system is now running perfectly. He’s helped me out twice already and I will continue to use Vinny and Deiter Brothers for my HVAC needs.

Deiter brothers was awesome in helping me get propane on my property. John helped me get all the paperwork I needed for permits and they were very accommodating with scheduling. Their online portal was easy to set up an account.

Great emergency response time. My old furnace caused a horrible carbon monoxide leak, causing my co2 alarms to go off. After the fire department cleared the area, Deiter Bros were super speedy to arrive, assess the problem and offer solutions. My new furnace is in, and working great. Thanks!
