Deiter Bros. Heating Cooling Energy

Update (3 weeks in) - Nathan did a great job. He was able to diagnose the problems with both A/C units last week. He returned today with a helper and managed to replace both interior coils and get everything operational again. Much better than our first experience.

First visit by 2 technicians was a total failure and disappointment. We have two 2 A/C units - both were out at the same time!

One unit they suggested replacing without bothering to check it was still under warranty. Second unit they could not properly diagnose, which required a second visit by another technician. The technician on the second visit was much more competent and professional.

The estimator who came based on the replacement recommendation noted the manufacturing date of the unit and checked it was under warranty - something the first tech’s could have done, but did not. Kudos to the estimator for his diligence and honesty.

We are still waiting for a complete diagnosis which will require a pressurized sniffer check, but that needs a dry day. Hopeful they can both be repaired (one is 8 years old; other is 12 years old). Life expectancy on A/C and heat pumps should be about 20 years and these are both top rated American Standard.

I’ve had HVAC companies in the past, service my equipment but Dieter Brothers is a cut above.

Very happy with their tech’s, they seem to know a great deal about my oil, propane and a/c units which is great having one company to service all units. Gabriel was my tech today and I can’t say enough as to his professionalism and respect for my property.

Nathan at Dieter Brothers was very professional and completed the service requested for our heater. He also spent time explaining the purge process for our home along with recommendations for future enhancements for our heating system and the annual maintenance options available through his company.

Dieter Bros came during a heat wave to fix and service my central AC. They were reasonably priced, fixed the problem and they came when no one else did.

They are very easy to deal with.

Brandon was courteous and professional. We are new to Deiter Bros. and it was nice to hear from Brandon that our prior vendor did a good job maintaining our boiler. Brandon did a great job and was able to show me some things that need to be corrected in the future.

Gabriel was great. So happy he was able to diagnose and correct the problem with our heater burner.

Jim installed a propane tank for me. He was professional and courteous. And even though it was raining and muddy he did his job quickly with out complaining. Would definitely recommend.
