Joe Kline performed a difficult job replacing the regulators on my propane tank. I watched Joe figure out how to fabricate a new line and deal with fittings that hadn't been opened in over 20 years. Joe has a great personality and was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. I'm very pleased with Deiter Brothers and highly recommend the company for all your propane needs.

Service tech (Jim) arrived on time for a safety check and leaktest of my 1000 gallon underground propane tank. He was very professional, knowledgeable and found/repaired 2 small leaks the regulator and valve of the tank at no extra charge. Very happy with the service.

Clean, tidy, professional. These guys are the real deal. We went with a whole new system. The installation process was a breeze. Especially appreciated Charles with the quote was a no B.S., upfront assessment. Knew exactly what our layout needed. No up-selling or pressure. The turn-around time from quote to completion was unbelievably fast for this time of year. Highly recommend! 10/10.

Patrick, from Dieter Brothers, was very thorough in evaluating and determining the problem with our water heater. He took his time in explaining everything he was doing. Not only did he make me feel he was a professional who actually cared about our problem, but he completely cleaned up the work area when he was finished.

So I did - past tense - have a favorable opinion of Dieter Bros., but no longer. I requested an appointment online, received a text message confirming that someone would reach out to schedule. No one did. I had to call to follow up and get something scheduled. Somewhat frustrating, but I got an appointment scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. And I arranged my schedule to be available for my appointment today, only to get a call saying the technician called off, and my appointment is canceled. And the best I'm offered are appointments two weeks from today when I'm not available, so it would be 3 weeks out from now at the earliest. And all I'm offered are excuses about people calling off, technicians out due to surgeries, and how busy you are. A simple apology would have sufficed, and some, or any, effort to reschedule my appointment sooner. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My hot water and heating stopped working and Kieth inspected and repaired my system and now everything is working perfectly! Very knowledgeable, professional, and quick worker. I am a first time home buyer who just moved in a few days ago. Kieth gave me an overview of my system and now I have a better understanding of everything. I would definitely recommend. I am usually very skeptical about services hoping I don’t get ripped off and so on but Cody and Keith showed up at a same day request which was very awesome, another company was a week and a half out until I could get an appointment. Cody and Keith were very nice and were able to find the issue with my AC. My AC is back up and running!! Price was very competitive to say the least and they didn’t try to up sell me something I didn’t need! I’d recommend their service! :)
