I've been using Dieter Brothers for over seven years and have had an excellent experience each time they are here. I utilize a yearly maintenance plan, so I see tech twice a year. Each individual has been courteous, professional and attentive to any questions. I would highly recommend this company for your HCAC needs. (I have a heat pump system)

Deiter Brothers scheduled their visit to meet my needs and gave me a good description of what was causing my problems with my oil furnace. When the tech, Brandon, came out he was very detail-oriented and explained my furnace situation to me in such a way that I could reference the warranty requirements.

I have used propane for the last 15 years and have had multiple issues with multiple delivery companies (price switching, delivery no shows, property damage). From the first phone call Deiter Brothers has been quick, courteous, and responsive. No hassles, honest, and the best price for propane to top it off. Pay within 10 days and recieve a further discount. Thank you Deiter!

We are new customers to Deiter Bros. From the first call, we were absolutely sold on this company. We’ve never had the outstanding customer service as we’ve had with Amy. Considering it’s November and an incredibly busy time for heating services, she had a gentleman here the day after I called and propane being delivered the following day!
