I had called Deiter Brothers for my annual service on my gas furnace. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was given a reminder 2 days prior. The technician Gabe arrived when I was told he would, and the job was done right. The area was clean when he left and he answered all the questions I had for him.
I would definitely call Deiter Brothers next time I need work done.

Generator annual maintenance. Alex was the technician. His name is not on the list. He did a good job.

Anual service for my Generator. Tec was efficient, clean and neat. Wiped everything down when he was done. Took the time to go over everything. Very satisfied.

Colton did an excellent job with checking a problem with our boiler's condensate line. Cleaned, tested and reassembled the system as well as checking overall boiler performance.
He was very professional and explained thoroughly what he did and why.
I'm completely satisfied with the service.

Had no heat last week. Were here that night! Two days later no heat again. Part was ordered an sunday night came out again and no charge. Monday morning was back out and put part on. Company always explains things . Great company and have been with them over 30 years. Scott can was wonderful with everything!!!

After having another company autofill my propane tank for years, I switched to Dieter Bros because they are local and support American jobs. A competitor I was considering told me it would be 9 days before they could deliver propane. Dieter Bros came the next day to do safety checks and fill multiple tanks for a good price! They found 3 leaks, a frozen underground tank well and a regulator that was not working properly (why did the prior company not notice this?). They stayed that day and returned the next day until everything was fixed and a temporary tank was installed (this was unscheduled work). Their office kept me informed of the progress while I was at work. Amazing customer service and great technical skills to figure out the leaks and install a temporary fuel supply in a timely manner. Thank you Amy Heil and Sean Siefert!

I had my annual furnace cleaning today by Gabriel from Deiter Bros Heating Cooling Energy. Gabriel was very thorough and pleasant to work with. He mentioned a couple of things that could be done to make the boiler operate at its maximum potential. I would recommend. Gabriel and Deiter Bros. Heating Cooling Energy. Great job.
