Sorry to say that this a business we will no longer use. Had a new kitchen put in a little over a year ago and had them put in the new sink fixtures as well as reinstall dishwasher. New sink fixture has fallen apart. Plumber had no idea on attaching dishwasher to new kitchen counter. They informed us that their work is no longer under warranty and it would cost us to come out to evaluate. Unacceptable business practice. Look elsewhere.

Joseph is always very nice and he is very knowledgeable about our system. Thank you once again!

My father and I have both called Edwin Stipe for various jobs. First, the 5 stars are for the heating and AC crew. They show up on time and are very thorough and professional. And they only charge the fee that was given over the phone ($99 or sometimes they offer specials).
However, the plumbing part of the business is another story.
My last job I had scheduled for 10-2. They called at 8:45 and said they were on their way! Another job also scheduled for 10-2 and they called and said they could come earlier, but I wasn't at home, so then they didn't get there until 2:30. Unacceptable.
They do charge $99 for just showing up and I completely understand. However, I think that the $99 should be included in the price, and not added on. We had two jobs that each took about 10 minutes, but we were charged $287: their standard pricing for a job PLUS the $99 fee.
I would absolutely call them again for the heating and AC. I do need to have them do one more plumbing job, but I wanted to submit this review because I don't want to complain to the employee who answers the phone!

Called after having some issues and Jay came out to my house and was both professional and extremely helpful. I am new to this house and hvac systems both and he very nicely explained a lot for me so I could better understand the system I have, identified a mislabeled error code system, gave clear instructions on what I can do next time to help the technician and me both. He also fixed a leak left by the installer which has held since he came here.

Overall very happy with the process but a special shout out to Jay for all of his help.

Joseph Fazekas, from Edwin stipe, is by far the best technician that I have had to do service for me. He is very thorough and informative. He explains everything in layman terms, so it makes it easy to understand and does a great job on servicing the equipment..

Ralph was totally professional and performed my annual A/C inspection in a timely manner.
