Knowledgeable and extremely courteous. Booties put on in my house & taken off when going to the truck for supplies and put back on upon entering. This company always texts me name of technician and approximate time of arrival. The office staff is superb. Model of how a company should operate. Btw, their technicians are great, they know their stuff and they warranty (limited) their work. Why go someplace else? You ‘might’ cut $10 or $20 but I guarantee, you won’t get the professionalism or quality of service.

I’ve had good luck with the service techs at Edwin Stipe. Today was no exception. Jacob was courteous and professional and seemed conscientious in his efforts. Took the time to check my system over and gave me a full report. I’m very satisfied.

Nader is very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived promptly. He’s also willing to do whatever it takes to make sure the repair is done correctly. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He’s an excellent technician.

First let me start by saying the Clarification on the phone when scheduling did not go well. As a result of my own fault I apparently misunderstood the woman who scheduled my appointment. Being Charged $99 for a service fee before getting any work done is completely outrageous. Then the quote we got was unbelievable, almost $1000 to move and fix a broken outdoor shutoff valve. I have no problem paying for hard honest work but this is highway robbery. The service Tech that came out was very Friendly and clearly just doing his job.

Nader Hanna inspected our heat pump and plumbing. He provides excellent service in a professional manner. We have been using Edwin Stipe for our heat pump and water heater installation as well as other plumbing needs. The service technicians are on time, professional and capable.

Had water powered sump backup installed. Fair pricing and prompt scheduling. Listens to customer input to plan best job outcome.

Edwin Stipe really is the best in the Lehigh Valley and NW NJ! They installed our HVAC and inspect twice yearly. We needed a gas dryer installed and they sent out a plumber who did a great job. Very professional services.
