The plumber was a pleasure to task with. He explained the task required, the fees associated and the time it would take to complete the work. He was also mindful of his work space. He only brought the tools he needed in and made sure the space in which he worked was clean. While I hope not to need this service again if I do this will be the first place I call thanks to the excellent service I received.

Nadar and his coworker did a great job in "jump starting" my A/C system recently. Both techs were polite and explained all of what was done. They completed the project in a timely fashion. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Office staff is courteous. They charge a $99 service fee. I was told this after my appointment was scheduled.in addition, I had to wait several days for a tech to arrive. The repair was completed. However it was expensive. Found the part online for $75.00. They changed me over $400.00 for the part. After the repair was completed, I was curious and contacted two other companies and their quotes were less than half on what I paid. I understand making a profit but this was ridiculous. I will never use this company again. Overpriced!

I resorted to Edwin Stipe after getting victimised by another plumber who failed to show up to install a tankless water heater. Jose, the estimator, arrived on time for the meeting and provided the estimate, as well as answering some follow-up questions I had. Brian, the installer, was not only an evident expert in his field, but he was also a pleasure to work with. Throughout the procedure, nothing but professionalism was displayed. The cost was also affordable. I really suggest Edwin Stipe.

Living in an old house, I had old plumbing issues since I moved in. Several plumbers came and then never returned. From the start I received prompt service and professionalism with Edwin Stipe, Inc.. 2 Techs came right on time. They were very pleasant guys and wore shoe coverings inside the house. They were efficient, clean and courteous. They also explained everything they did. I would recommend them highly. For those who think they may be a bit pricey; You get what you pay for!

Julius Lockhart worked on my home on 10-10-22. I had a leak that was dripping into my basement and I had no idea where it was coming from. After some analyzing, Julius was able to cut EXACTLY where the leak was and repair it. It felt like Julius was in and out and he even sealed the hole back up and cleaned up the debris. He was also kind enough to check my dishwasher for me as well (it was not draining efficiently).

If you are looking for work, avoid this place. This established is literally being brought down by one person. She literally adds so much stress and drama to an operation that should be so simple and straight forward. My 30 years of customer service experience including 15 years in production management allows me to say this. Now the CSM will watch you work from her home. The Labor Board was intrigued by this because no documents agreeing to this are not presented to hires. Furthermore, there is no signage displayed saying that as an employee, you are being recorded and can be monitored.

Now if you're a customer, proceed very cautiously. Their Service Partners Plans add no real savings to your maintenance and trouble calls. They are very good at scheduling service inspections which is a plus. They are also very good at cancelling your inspections if an installation is scheduled. This is where the money is made. The same thing goes for plumbing. Your inspections will be cancelled in a second if a water heater installation comes up. Also, if you give them a bad review, they will whatever is necessary to have it removed to pad the ratings.

The lone bright spots are the techs, HR, and the General Manager. The technicians are very good at their jobs, and in all honesty deserve alot better than the unnecessary drama from upper management and the Service Manager. The girl who answers the phones should be the CSM, and it's extremely insulting that she isn't. The GM has more experience than anyone, and should be making all decisions top to bottom.

Alot needs to happen in order to fix this business. Until that happens, this location will not get a favorable review.
