Sebastian and Dave came out to my home to diagnose and repair my central AC unit. They were both professional and courteous during the service call. Doug, Scott, Dave, and Tyler did a superb job in taking out our 50+ year old, very heavy furnace and replaced it with a new, much smaller and more efficient one. They used a lot of muscles to pull the old furnace out of the basement. They replaced the thermostat and explained to us how to set it up. They showed us how to easily change the filter. They suggested we get our vents cleaned and even found someone to come out in a couple of hours to do an immediate cleaning! They also advised us on replacing our very old, corroded water heater.
A few days later, you were back to our house with the water heater. Scott and his coworker replaced the heater quickly and efficiently.
Everyone you sent to our house was kind, courteous and very friendly! Thank you for the good experience! We will recommend to you our friends!

Last week our heater died, and Stipe was there the same day, had the new furnace the next day and installed on the next business day. Installation was three hours, and the place was left spotlessly clean. I had one or two concerns, they were back the next day and addressed them, plus something else that was not part of their original scope or responsibility. Thanks to Dave, Tyler and Doug, first rate from start to finish. No equal locally.

We called with a leaking shower pipe. Julius was very professional and got the job done.

We knew ahead there was going to be a dispatch fee of $99 but didn’t realize that fee is NOT waived if you have the repair done.

A better way to do business,and create customer trust and loyalty while eliminating the tire kickers, would be to waive the dispatch fee if the work is done.

Tech showed up on time and was very professional. Needed a part replaced which I wasn’t expecting. Between the woman in the office and the tech working together it all went smoothly. Can’t say enough about the customer service. Would recommend Edwin Stipe to anybody

I had a problem with mice in my A/C air exchanger heat pump unit. They chewed some insulation off one of the wires and I needed them to diagnose it. Nader came, as he usually does, went methodically through his process, figured it out, and saved me from having to cut out part of a wall in my son's room. All for less than I expected. Thank you to Nader and the team for yet bailing me out of this situation. That is why I call you for the A/C fixes.

I have been very satisfied with Edwin Spite for a number of years now to provide service and repairs to our HVAC system. The expertise of their technicians is very good. Including today by Joseph Fazekas. They are courteous, and reliable.

We have used Edwin Stipe for close to 10 years and we couldn’t be more happy with their services. We use them for all our HVAC and plumbing needs. Last night, we had a leaky pipe that was dripping into our living room. We gave them a call this morning and everything was fixed and ready to go by afternoon.

Joe showed up exactly on time, was personable & professional. Explained everything he was doing & made suggestions for long term maintenance. Most importantly did not try to sell me anything!
