**** DO NOT USE*** Started out good especially when I was home to talk with the techs. "Service Manager" came on-site for a repair and tried to create all kinds of charges thinking he was dealing with someone who does not know the industry or that the unit was under warranty.

Tried to bill for parts on a unit that was under warranty tried to bill 2x for the same inspection. Tried to intimidate my wife into paying for the services that should not have been billable.

When you asked them about it rather than fixing the error they just decide to not have you as a customer anymore no effort to resolve the issue

your "service manager" who was on site said we had to pay for parts till I pointed out the unit is still under warranty ***any pride there?

I even had to point out to the "Fujitsu certified service manager" what the warranty was. He was still unsure then I pointed out that that its on the Fujitsu website when he said he didn't know what the warranty was *** lots of training for that manager I see

he didn't know the prices for the service labor "had to check" and after he checked the "price" *** is that the policy make it up?

he was told to leave yes because he was trying to scam a client
your other technicians had no issue because they did not try to add charges and did good work

The Mini split is for one room so its sized right - it is installed properly and has a circuit board issues as diagnosed by another of your techs - but the service manger wanted to charge for the inspection that had be completed 72 hours prior *** seems odd the evaluation changes after a review

Rather than fix the issue when your employee tries to scam customers your GM say nope we are done but you sure took the service fee every month for what the last year plus>? *** proud of that too I assume

There was no "Pride" in the fraud your employee tried to enact, he tried to take advantage of a woman thinking he could just say any BS and get her to pay for an inspection that was already completed and a pay for parts on an in warranty item - cant wait till robots and automation replaces scammers like your service manger Good Day Sir!

Great work, explained what needed fixing, and did the repairs within the estimated time. Very pleasant, easy to talk to and ask questions. I’ll definitely call Ehrlich the next time we need repairs!

Technician called to say they were coming early. Unfortunately we were not available so technician scheduled us for later with no problem. He arrived when he said he would and perform the service admirably and quickly.

They are very responsive and professional. The techs are also really nice and patient about answering questions. Not sure how they manage it, but despite the 4 hour window they schedule for appointments, the techs somehow always make it within the first hour. Highly recommended for residential needs.

In October, a repair supervisor came to our home to install a new in- line humidifier. He was very attentive, on time, and explained every thing clearly and honestly. He showed us where our old humidifier had caused mold build up within our system, and he removed and replaced the molded wood and insulation. He discussed the various other options for adding humidity to our home that would not contribute to mold build up. He went over all the options, even though some of those options did not involve purchasing a product from Edwin Stipes; I would willingly use Edwin stipes again for the issue I have just described because of the repairman's honesty; but also, after asking if he would be able to replace the gas pipe connections because we had been having small gas leaks for several years, not only did he agree to do so, but explained which connection system was the best for us and which would prevent the leakage. The installation was wonderful, and I've not detected a leak since. I will most certainly give all my future HVAC and plumbing business to Edwin Stipes in Easton PA. Thanks.

Central air would not cool. Called and received an appointment the next day. Technician (Joseph Fazekas) arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and made the repair. Very satisfied.
