Julius arrived 2 hours ahead of time for the appointment to fix our water heater. He was extremely professional and knowledgable. Julius was able to replace the water heater in a short amount of time. I will definitely use Edwin Stipe again

They are known for being tardy to previously scheduled appointments - my family is just one of many they do this to, and do so repeatedly might I add. The most recent incident in which they have attempted to double charge AND have us pay for the parts that were under warranty have severely damaged my personal trust in this company's business practices.

5/23/23..Dan repaired,and replaced elbow drain in my master bed bath due to occupancy inspection. His Work was thorough, fast, professional, and courteous ! He even cleaned up, and disposed of repair waste ! Definitely recommend their service throughout the Lehigh valley.

They came onsite for the summer ac inspection to our hvac system. As always they were on time and thorough. I am all set for the summer season and it’s nice to have that peace of mind.

Customer Service understood my urgency, and dispatched a service person (Brian Palch) who assessed the problem and repaired my plumbing within a short amount of time.

Called Edwin Stipe about my heat turning off on Saturday and had a tech out in under 30 mins. The tech wasn't able to fix the issue, so they left me with space heaters so my son and I would be warm and safe with the dropping temps. They sent a tech out today to take a second look at the issue and the tech was able to get my heat back up and running. I've had Edwin Stipe come out and service my heater a few times for annual repairs and will continue using their services. They're extremely professional, courteous, and helpful.

Sebastian came to diagnose an issue with my boiler. He was very prompt, personable and professional.

I did have an issue with customer service but Lisa, the customer service supervisor, called and emailed me to follow up. She was very courteous and apologetic. She resolved the matter immediately.

This was the yearly checkup for the AC unit. The person was extremely thorough, and he took the time to explain what he was doing and the boundary values for the check points. I learned a lot. It's nice to have people who explain things.
