Comfort Solutions HVAC

Comfort Solutions were scheduled to service our heat pump unit on the June 21st. Service technican Rick arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He performed a thorough check on both the inside unit (air handler) and outside unit. He also flushed the outside unit to ensure no dirt would be left to hamper optimal performance. And, before he left he went through a full list of tasks performed as well as readings of indicators such as coolant level. We are very pleased with Comfort Solutions, and especially Rick's service.

I had an issue where my AUX heat wasn't coming on when my system goes into defrost mode. This is a new system that was installed in October of 2019. I had another company come out and look at it and after just 5 minutes that tech told me that I need a new board for my air handler.
I called Comfort Solutions and wanted a 2nd opinion as that didn't sit right with me. After calling, Brian came out to my house the same day (yes, the same day). Spent time listening to me, looked at my outside unit and then came in and opened the panel to my air handler. 2 updates were available so he did those. After the updates were done he said your board is fine. Your heater unit was never programmed when it was installed so when the unit goes into defrost mode it doesn't know you have it which is why the air is cold. A 10 minute fix.......AMAZING! Unless it is brutally cold, you really never felt it that much (yes it would get cooler sometimes but nothing crazy) but we recently had 2 really bad cold spells. Brain was AWESOME! I was so pleased, they now have my business for my service contract. AWESOME JOB COMFORT SOLUTIONS!

I scheduled them to come do the air conditioning tuneup. I was told a year or so ago that I needed a new furnace. I decided instead of getting the tuneup to just replace the furnace and air conditioner since they were the same age. Very satisfied with their proposal and they’re coming to actually do the install in 11 days.
