From setting up a maintenance contract, to the actual service call, everyone was professional and had clear answers to all of my questions. Reasonably priced, great service and on time!

I had previously used another company but feel more satisfied with Comfort Solutions.
The tech was very knowledgeable and did a test on by system that the other company never did. It made me feel much safer as far as the danger of carbon monoxide leakage is concerned.

We had John and Israel install our AC units and they were great! Showed up right on time, respectful of our home.. John was kind enough to give us some tips on how to maintain the units and showed us that he genuinely cared about making sure the installation was done correctly. Honest and hard working people, highly recommend

Paul was very professional knowledgeable. Kept me informed on everything. Did a great job!!

I called CS to replace a blower and to diagnose a second system in a detached garage.
Paul showed up at scheduled time. Initially he seemed professional, we knew tgat the blower motor needed to be replaced as a diagnostic was run previously. When I shared the information he got rude. When he went to get the blower from his truck I told him I wanted him to look at the other unit. He stated the thermostat was bad and it would cost $385 to replace! I asked if that was something a homeowner could do. He snapped at me and said. You can do whatever you want to do and walked out
At the end when Payment was due I asked if I could look at the bill. Again he snapped at me and said you'll get a copy in your email. I stated what if I have a question? He just about threw his handheld at me!
This man Paul was rude, unprofessional. Isnt it normal to ask to see the breakdown if a bill prior to paying?
I would not recommend this company. Additionally I replaced the thermostat for $52.00 and it took 15 minutes!!

I was referred to this company by a family member. From the start they were courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and professional. I forgot the name of the lady who took my phone call, but she was sweet and helpful to my lack of HVAC knowledge. Matt and Sean were quick, and cleaned up when they completed the work. I would recommend this group of great people to anyone.

This was the smoothest service I have ever had. Our AC unit died and I reached out to Comfort Solutions after they were referred by a good friend. They responded immediately and after assessing our HVAC system made some great recommendations on what we needed. The price was more than fair and the service was excellent. Within two weeks they installed a whole new system and had us up and running. No hassles, no haggling, no headaches and no issues. They were clean and courteous. I highly recommend them for any HVAC issues you may need taken care of.

Exceptional service all around. After the install of our new HVAC system, Kathy regularly follows up to schedule routine checks for our service plan and we see the same technician, Brian, each time. He's excellent!
