Excellent company. Knowledgeable, honest, on time. Excellent explanation of process and A/C install throughout, accurate invoicing, good follow through and well-communicated scheduling. Highly recommend them!

At first, everything was going great with Tracy. Kevin came highly recommended, showed up on time for a quote and gave a competitive quote to replace my ducts

On the day of the install things were off to a great start. Kevin’s crew showed up on time and began hauling the supplies to the attic. As a knowledgeable and informed homeowner I started to review the supplies and started to ask Kevin questions/making inquiries:
1. The metal ducts only had an internal R2 insulation, how do you plan to achieve R8? (As specified in the quote)
2. The internal insulation is ripped in a few spots, how do you fix that?
3. Can ducts with internal insulation be cleaned in the future?
4. If looks like the boots are the wrong size? (I later realized, those were starting collars and apologized)

A few hours later Kevin called and canceled the job. He was ‘uncomfortable with how the job was proceeding’. Personally, I think, Kevin canceled because:
1. Moving from R2 to R8 materially impacted the job
2. Did not like the fact that I was asking questions.

The next day he picked up his supplies and refunded my money.

This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience and therefore cannot recommend Tracy to anyone.

Calling Tracy Comfort Solutions was the best choice I could have made. Kevin is professional, hardworking, organized and takes great personal pride in his company. He replaced our HVAC system last year and our hot water heater today. The work is done quickly, efficiently and with no mess left behind. He stands behind his work and helped fight to get me my rebate when the rebate program made an error. I couldn’t say enough positive things about this company. Highly recommended.

Needed to replace a broken central AC system and an older furnace and secured a number of estimates which were all over the map. I had an HVAC system replaced at my prior home, so I was familiar with the process. Tracy Comfort Solutions provided quite a few options and good detail for each. After researching all of the companies thoroughly, the choice to go with Tracy Comfort Solutions was a solid one. Kevin Tracy is a hands-on owner, so you get the personal touch. The installation process went ahead as scheduled with no issues and good communication prior. The work was completed neatly and professionally by Kevin and a very competent and courteous assistant. Kevin followed up the next day to see if everything was working properly which was a nice touch, plus, he filed the warranty registration with the equipment manufacturer immediately , as promised. Kevin Tracy is building his business and reputation with expertise, fair pricing and customer focus.

Kevin Tracy and his team do exceptional work. They are extremely professional and responsive. Owner takes pride in educating the customer about the various options for HVAC and provides a comprehensive assessment with appropriate recommendations for your system. It's obvious from watching Kevin work that he takes significant pride in his work and will not cut any corners - treats your home and the work he does in it as if it were his own or that of a family member.

Kevin was able to replace our aging, inefficient system (23+ years old) and recommend reasonable energy efficient options that fit our budget. Installed a high efficiency furnace and AC in one day, cleanup was thorough and complete - would never know any work was even done to the house. Also swapped out a thermostat we bought online without hassle. Would absolutely use again in the future, and will be referring friends/family to this local business.
