Paul and Sean where on time and very respectful of my property and very professional and courteous. They did what they had to do and were very efficient. Comfort Solutions as a whole is very responsive and proactive in the maintenance of my HVAC system. I would not hesitate to use Comfort Solutions in the future to service my HVAC system.
Our system was not cooling. I called Comfort Solutions and Karen, in the office, scheduled a service call within 2 days. Paul, the service technician, let me know ahead he would arrive at the start of the time window for the service call and was quickly able to identify the problem. He installed a "universal" part to get the system running until the manufacturer's specific part comes in. Everything is being covered under our system's warranty/service agreement. Paul and Karen were both personable and professional. Very happy with the service we see from them individually and Comfort Solutions as company.
Re: Comfort Solutions HVAC: We were very pleased with the way the choosing and installing of our new furnace was done by Comfort Solutions. Beginning with Matt, the field supervisor, who came to our property to assist us in selecting the correct furnace for the house. We chose the two-stage Amana Gas Furnace. Tim S., Damon N., and Israel B. did an excellent job on the installation of the furnace and paid very good attention to detail. It is working beautifully. Our heat stopped working, and I called Comfort Solutions because it was rated highly. They were more responsive than another company I contacted. They diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the new part, and replaced the defective part on the same day they received it. I'll use them again.
The workers were competent, polite, and the work far exceeded my expectations. Not only that, but they also came on a weekend night, last minute, and arrived at an accurate, yet not obvious diagnosis. Many thanks to all of them! Margot Anderson
I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Comfort Solutions. I scheduled a tech to come out to service our AC as it was not cooling the house. At times, it was cooler outside than it was inside. Tech came out and said their was nothing wrong with the AC unit. He told me if the problem continued, it might be our thermostat and to purchase a Honeywell, as the Nests are not good. I paid $200 dollars for the tech to tell me nothing was wrong, then paid another $200 for a new thermostat. After changing the thermostat I called to tell them the problem was continuing. I left messages and was unable to speak to someone regarding the continued issue. I gave up and got a second opinion from a different company and turns out our unit is leaking freon! We need a brand new AC unit!! The tech from comfort solutions completely missed the issue and now we are out $400 dollars from this company who did nothing to help us or our issue. They took our money and could care less about good customer service!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
Company worked expeditiously to get me a new furnace as quickly as possible. Techs were polite, paid great attention to make sure they did not track dirt into my home while walking in and out, and completed the install quickly (under the quoted time-frame).
First let me start off saying I hate writing reviews. But the service and the employees here are definitely worth reviewing! When I called and started the process of having ductless A/C installed they explained every step to me of what will be done. They also were extremely courtesy of my home. Comfort is truly 5 stars! I always recommend them to all my friends and family.
Everyone involved from the tech who came out to check the system and give an estimate to repair the system, the estimate to replace the system and the 2 techs that did the installation. Everyone was responsive, on time, friendly, clean and professional.
