Service Technician Paul came on time, was extremely professional, friendly, and did a great job serving my air conditioning system. As a plus my dogs love him too!

Brian C. found an issue with a carbon monoxide vent pipe on the boiler (was not tightened properly) servicing our HVAC system and quickly brought it to our attention therefore avoiding a potential catastrophe! He even tightened it down for us. Now that's how you do business and retain customers! Way to go Brian and thank you for the great catch!

I've been using Comfort Solutions for our air conditioner system and our heating system for a couple of years now. They are always professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very communicative/responsive.

My experience was amazing. Speaking to Karen in the office to Sean the technician who detected a problem, contacting the field Supervisor Matthew, who explained in detail what is needed to be repaired as part of the HVAC system. Our technician, Tate S., was prompt and considerate (put on boot covers each time he entered our home). He had clearly read up on our file and knew the details of our last service call (2018-19). Tate was able to quickly diagnose the problem, explain the cost of the repair, and make the necessary repair. We are hopeful that with the two annual tune ups provided by the service plan we purchased during this service call that we can avoid the need for emergency no heat/cooling calls in the future.
