Comfort Solutions HVAC

My central a/c system had a coolant leak. Called Comfort Solutions to talk about either repairing or replacing. They responded the same day and had 2 technicians come out to do a complete system inspection. Their technicians were very thorough. They said that the evaporator coil was the cause of the leak and could be replaced, without costing me for an entire system, but on their inspection, they had found some issues with the heat exchanger for the furnace. I looked at all the information they provided and decided to replace the whole system (heat & a/c). They provided me with several options and did not try to pressure me into a more expensive system than what I needed. I had a good discussion about the options with their sales rep, and upon choosing what I wanted, they were back out in 2 days to do the complete install. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. They had the old system out and new one in within 6 or 7 hours. I thought, given the increase in material costs over the last 18 months, that their price was fair. They even took a little extra time and rerouted a condensate line for me to avoid freezing in the winter. I highly recommend Comfort Solutions and will continue to use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

The tech came and was able to service our heat pump quickly and efficiently, which was important as I was busy mowing my lawn. He checked with me twice and reported that things were OK.

The gentleman arrived earlier than scheduled but called first to make sure it was ok. He was very professional and knew about our system which helped him make recommendations so we have no issues this summer.

My home didn’t have the greatest hvac set up where the lower level master bedroom was 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house. In the winter time 10 degrees is pretty significant!
So when Comfort Solutions came out they looked everything over and instead of recommending a new heating system like everyone else would do, they went outside the box and recommended a two zone system which was new for me. Basically a second thermostat and new ductwork to control the problematic bedroom. They explained everything thoroughly and I even learned something new! So far so good and I would highly recommend them to others and for future furnace repairs!

Tim, Damon and a 3rd young man were at my home by 8:15am to install a new ac unit. Despite the tight space they had to work in, they were able to get my new system in place along with a new programable thermostat. All 3 did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have been very impressed with Comfort Solutions responsiveness, courtesy and attention to detail. Thank you!

Rick was great And showed up on time, explained everything he could did however, he replaced humidifier which was not reinstalled properly. Call comfort solutions to report. They sent another tech and charged for service that was the problem of the previous tech. No way should have been charge for their negligence. Since Tate, every time someone comes, there’s always another problem caused by them and I have to pay.

Furnace/AC was replaced in Dec but the outside temps were too frigid to correctly complete the final air conditioning checks (although the unit was fully operational). The final checks were scheduled for April. Sean called & texted his expected arrival time which was well within the scheduled timeframe. He was friendly, professional, and had the final inspections done quickly!
