They are coming on Monday, Sept. 20 to put in a new a/c system. So far, best company I have ever dealt with. Brain was great at explaining and showing me everything. He is a keeper for your company. then Matt came the next day. Also a great experience and helped me select the best unit for me. The lady I spoke with on the phone was so nice and had Brian to me within the hour.

Comfort solutions was great! Central air was not working on a 89° day. Got someone to address my issue same day. Courtesy call and email before tech came over. Tech Paul was awesome, friendly, tidy, and diagnosed the problem very quickly. Took time to explain what happened and why, offered choices for repair and explained the cost upfront. This level of service is very much appreciated by me and my family. Would definitely recommend and use their services again!

Water started leaking out of the bottom of my 2.5 year old Carrier unit. The company that I THOUGHT I had a service agreement with took forever to respond to me and then said that they MIGHT be able to get to me this week. I saw recommendations for Comfort on Bethlehem Township Community Forum on Facebook...They had someone out within a day, diagnosed and fixed it, and he instructed me in how to maintain to prevent further calcification and gave me the correct information to order filters for the humidifier--something that the prior company had never done.

Brian was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. He provided me with detailed information about his discoveries with my system and worked in a very efficient and clean manner. I'd highly recommend comfort solutions to anyone

I must say that this company is truly a professionally run operation. From call to the receipt! The operator, return call to set appointment, time to actual appointment, service person, keeping me informed of the process, duration of service, accuracy of diagnosis, and completion of work done, was highly appreciated and set the bar for other HVAC company’s to follow. The receipt details all of what was done and easy to understand verbiage. This crew should be commended for their work and professional attitude towards the customers. I clearly understand there’s always room for improvement, however I’m not sure of where they may improve due to them meeting what was expected and more. Would I recommend them to others. “ Absolutely no doubt” !

Great experience. Called in a frantic due to AC not working on the hottest day of the year. The customer service rep was friendly, sympathetic, and very accommodating. Brian the technician got there within an hour and had it working very quickly. He was obviously well trained and knowledgeable. Plan to schedule routine maintenance services soon and use this company for my HVAC needs going forward. Thanks!
