Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning

We have been using Sarosky for few years for maintenance on our heating systems and love their work. They clearly are masters at what they do. When it was time to get a new unit, we had Mark come over and give us all of the options. He presented the information and explained the differences between the units. He never pressured us to buy or to select a particular unit. We asked many questions and he was up front about all of the pros and cons to each.

When they came to do the installation, they were respectful of our home and of us. They made quick work of it all and left our home, inside and out, as clean as it was when they arrived.

I would recommend Mark and his crew to anyone looking for just regular maintenance on their heating/cooling systems. And if you know you need to replace your current system, I would definitely include Sarosky in your search for the right HVAC group.

Our oil furnace died and we decided to go in a different direction with a heat pump. Mark came, gave us lots of options and the cost was very reasonable for the quality. We got a much better system for less than other companies had quoted us. System has been running for a week now and we are so glad we made the switch. Highly recommend these guys.

Sarosky Heating & Air Conditioning did a fantastic job in replacing my mom's A/C system. The old attic air handler and outside unit had failed. We called Sarosky to take a look and they responded to the house the same day and found that the system was not repairable. They surveyed the system and we received a quote with 2 options within a day and installed the new system a week later after they received our approval. Their techs were prompt, explained the details of the work to be performed, covered the floors with tarps and cleaned up after they left for the day. They even worked through the HOT attic conditions! We chose Sarosky Heating and Air Conditioning to install our new central air conditioning. It is a wonderful system. All of the vents and ducts were installed beautifully, no dust to clean up later.

Last month I had Sarosky install replace my exiting central AC System. They did an incredible job. The did exactly what I needed. I was concerned because the previous central air system was installed by a "do it yourself-er" and was not installed correctly. The fact that they were able to remove the old system and fit the new air handler up into my attic was a small miracle to me but it did not seem to be a problem for them at all. They worked clean and the whole install took a day and a half just as they said. Knowledgeable and friendly service and great communication. Since the install everything is working just as expected.
