    Extremely happy with our AC replacement. Mark and Frank we’re extremely professional and dealt with some extreme heat in our attic during the install. I couldn’t be happier with the new unit, responsiveness to my questions, and overall service the entire team provided. Our house is nice and cool again!

    My husband called asking for same day appt and was told they were booked. He knew it was a long shot. I called back next week, left a message as they said they will call you back. . 3.5 hours later I called back, left a message.Received an irate call back about my many messages and then they said they told my husband they were booked out. He told me they did not, they told him they were not available that day and were very busy. Nothing about being booked permanently taking no business. I was asking for appt in a week - the first week on a new month. We just moved the the area, they serviced the place before. I don’t need a business to scold us for calling them for service. She was incredibly rude on the phone.

    Sarosky installed our heating system 12 years ago and continue to give us good service. Our recent service and cleaning was handled efficiently by Mark. He explained the benefit of a new type of filter and was happy to clearly answer my questions. Thank you.

    I am writing this review for my parents who asked me to do so. They recently had a furnace and a/c installation done at their home and were extremely pleased with the results. When I stopped by throughout the day to visit my parents, the two gentleman doing the install were respectful and hard at work. The craftsmanship is great and the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend Sarosky Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone and I will definitely have them do my HVAC work in the future.

    If it was possible to rate with 10 stars, we would! We had a heat pump with central air installed about a month ago. From the beginning with the phone call, quote, installation and explanation on how the system works- everything was flawless and everyone was perfect! Frank showed up on time as scheduled, covered the floor with tarps from the door to the stairs. I was worried that with all the cutting to install vents, I would be coming home to a mess- NOT AT ALL! Everything was cleaned up and spotless! We have puppies and cats- Frank, Mark Jr. and Mark Sr. made sure to take extra steps to be cautious with opening doors and attic spaces- always considering the pets. We did not have to worry about anything from start to finish! So, kudos to everyone at Sarosky's ! It is actually nice to still see a family business, with family values! Now, bring on the summer heat and humidity- we now have central air! :-) Thank you everyone at Sarosky's! You all rock!

    I had a service contract with Sarosky for 2 years on my 2 HVAC systems. Today one of the systems failed in the middle of a heat wave. I called for service and was told my service contract had expired, they no longer were servicing my type of equipment and they would not be renewing the service contract. All without notice or warning leaving me high and dry. They said they were doing that to all their customers with hybrid systems.. that is heat pumps with gas furnaces as backup heat. BEWARE, if you have a dual fuel system you too are at their mercy.

    Very kind and friendly during installation, but that sure changed during a maintenance call. Technician was rude to my mother and charged us $215 dollars for 15 minutes of assessing the issue and ‘labor’ to fix the problem when they indicated $100 for the first 30 minutes the day prior. They initially charged us for the material as well until she asked him why it wasn’t covered under warranty. Very disappointed with my experience working with them.
