Al & I, mainly, Al, researched and had about 12 different HVAC companies over to our home for estimates on HVAC units (furnace and a/c). John's estimate was very fair, in fact it was one of the lower estimates, the equipment he was offering (Amana) was quality with a tremendous warranty, and John's reputation for his knowledge of the product and his workmanship is excellent within the community. The work was done timely; the crew was polite and clean. We had one issue that John resolved quickly and favorably. John is detailed, skilled, competent and reliable. He and his wife, Gretchen, run a tight ship and we highly recommend them!

I was slightly upset that my filter wasn’t cleaned nor did a vacuum even enter my house. $99.00 to tell me what I already knew but at least I’m on the schedule…

Called to repair a leaking toilet and fix a faucet. They came out the same day and fixed both quickly. Both servicemen were friendly and helpful. Very happy with my experience and will definitely use them again for any future issues

It is sometimes easy to feel overwhelmed when something goes wrong with your plumbing. I own an old townhouse that has some quirks, to say the least. John Wilcox has been a really spectacular partner in understanding what previous owners have (and possibly havent) done, and are always friendly, kind, and informative. I’m thankful to say that I haven’t had to call them too often, but when I do, I always feel as though I am in good hands. Would highly recommend.

My boiler was constantly running and no longer responding to the thermostat. Within 1 hour of submitting a request for a quote online, the office called and they had a technician out that morning. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem. The thermostat wire was damaged and sending a false signal. He got the boiler working and recommended replacing the wire. He wasn't pushy and offered to do it or said I could since I said I previously ran the wire. I would certainly call them again for future needs.

I would 100% recommend John Wilcox. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and provided regular communications (appt confirmations, calls/texts when heading to your residence, invoices and receipts, etc). The were on-time for the appointment, and were extremely professional, courteous, and clean. They kept me in the loop during their visit, and always asked before installing something that would cost extra. We used them for a natural gas boiler service and hot water tank installation. I would recommend them to anyone I know, and will definitely be using them again when the time comes. For the price they charge (middle of the road, not cheap and not expensive), I thought their work and quality was definitely worth it! Thank you John for the great services!

Very good experience, they replaced my aging furnace & air conditioner. Reasonable price, employees are friendly and professional, and John is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Highly recommend.

Everyone there was nice and helpful. Great group of people and they worked with me to help get my project done in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs since that was what I used them for. Bill explained everything every step of the way. I am also going to contact them for some AC repair. I'm sure they will be just as helpful and kind.

My wife and I had a boiler installed and could not be happier with both the product and company. We dealt a lot with John Wilcox himself and he could not be nicer or more professional. The installers were fantastic and I can't say enough about how helpful Gretchen is. We highly recommend going with John Wilcox for all of your plumbing, and heating needs!
